Quick and Professional AC Repait
Mark came to our house on a Sunday to diagnose a broken air conditioner. He was friendly, and fast, and able to find OEM parts for an obsolete air conditioner in a day. Our house barely had a chance to get warm before he had it fixed. We absolutely would work with him again, and you should too.

Ac Not Cooling the House
My AC was working but not cooling the house, when spoke to Mark on phone he said may be my GAS is less in the compressor , when he checked the AC we found GAS was less also he gave tips and showed me how to clean the the AC unit before the season starts. He is really a good gentlemen.

Lukewarm Experience
I had Mark in a few years ago to install a furnace. I recently had a home inspection, in preparation for selling the house, which discovered the humidifier was non-operational and the unit had never been grounded properly, causing potential danger of electric shock. I called Mark back in, and paid him to complete the work. No word of apology or acknowledgement from that this work was missed when the unit was originally installed. A couple nights later, on the eve of the open house, I discovered part of the "repaired" humidifier was cracked and had leaked all over the floor. I was up late into the night cleaning the water, installing fans and dehumidifiers, trying to dry it all out. Once the house sold, I told Mark what had happen, and asked him to come back. Instead of taking any responsibility, he defaulted to explaining how this wasn't his fault, and he would have to be paid again to complete the work. I was annoyed, but because I'm busy, I offered to pay him $100 to rectify the situation. He said the cracked part alone costs that amount. I sourced the part online for $6, and will have someone else install it. I do not like working with contractors who won't take responsibility for their work.

There was a furnace installation in 2009. At that time the furnace and humidifier were working properly. We were contacted by the homeowner nine years later with the demand that we install a humidifier at no charge and no money was ever collected by HouseDepot as we did not undertake the project.

Fixed ac compressor
Mark came in, suspected the cause of the malfunction, got a part quickly, installed it and fixed the issue. Great work.

I contacted Mark prior to changing a few things before a built in closet installation (moving outlets, capping etc) and he also changed a fixture in my son’s room, added a dimmer and pot lights to another room. I can’t say enough about how impeccable the
Move 3 outlets, cap two, add pot lights, change 2 light fixtures, add dimmer switches.

Lennox furnace
Dealing with House Depot-Home Service was the best experience. They did the installation of of our new Lennox Furnace perfectly. Dan was very professional and very knowledgeable of the products that he promoted. Everyone involved in this project was amazing. We don’t regret hiring House Depot-Home Service for this job. Highly recommend and will use them again in future.

Wiring for cabinet unit
Mark was friendly and arrived within the time frame he gave. He completed the work to my expectations and at a fair price. He was able to do the work required even though the scope turned out to be much more extensive than what I had told him over the phone. Overall, I was very happy with him and would recommend his services to others. We’ll be calling him again for future electrical needs. Thanks Mark!

Dishwasher Installation
Mark came to bring electrical service to my kitchen for a new dishwasher and then offered to complete the installation of the dishwasher and on a Saturday!! Cleaned up great and the price was reasonable

Replacement of kitchen light
The job was to remove my kitchen's old ceiling light and replace it with a new one. Mark completed the job, and the results are quite satisfactory. His service was prompt and friendly. By the way, considering his background, I am sure he is capable of completing much more complicated tasks than this one.

Furnace Repair
