    A/C repair

    I should have called Mark in the first place. When others were talking replace, Mark was talking about repair - saved me $$$. He is a man that takes pride in his work!

    Chandelier change

    We recently had our old chandelier replaced by Mark and his assistant James. The installation appeared extremely challenging. Mark was amazing. He stayed until 100 am to give us a finished product that was perfect. He is skilled, kind and a man of his word. His assistant James was also very polite. I would recommend Mark to anyone!

    Central ac

    Mark was on time and very courteous. He identified the problem within minutes and was able to fix it right away. Overall very goid job. He is also very punctual. I also referred him to a close friend who was very happy with his service.

    AC service

    My technician Mehrdad was running late because of complications on a previous job but kept me posted and arrived late into the evening but completed the job cheerfully and expertly. He even had the correct capacitor for the job on his truck !! Would absolutely recommend him for any AC or electrical work !!!

    Emergency AC repair excellent services and very reasonable price

    My Carrier outdoor AC unit stop working all in sudden after 14 years for the first time and Housedepot Technician Mark come within an hr after I called and Diagnose and Repair within another hour then my AC working again. Thankyou very much Mark again with your experts and services with emergency during the long weekend

    Thank you, we understand that heating and cooling are essentially necessities and we do our best to make our client's homes comfortable as soon as we possibly can. It matters to us when we see someone without working AC during the hot part of the summer and in winter we pretty much drop everything when the heat does not come on.

    Excellent service

    Based on other reviews I gave Mark a try when my AC unit stopped cooling the house effectively. He was great. He was able to come the next day to assess the problem. He took the time to explain everything to us; fixed the problem and always explained ways we could avoid future problems. I would definitely call Mark for any of my future needs.

    Air conditioner replacement

    If you're tired of dealing with larger companies that upcharge so they can pay someone to answer your call, who then direct your call to another person, who comes to assess your situation, and then sends an entirely different person to do the work, then Mark is the guy for you. He simply comes to your home, tells you what you need, offers his services to you for a far more reasonable price than anyone else you'll talk to, and then does all the work himself and allows you to inspect while it's being done and answer all your questions. He even made a special trip to buy a new piece of sheet metal because the one he had with him had a small amount of corrosion on it - honesty and integrity. I will use House Depot again in the future!

    Service/fix a track light in kitchen.

    One of the three lights had fulminated leaving only two working lights. I called a handyman over 1 year ago to replace the bulb but he could not remove the burnt light. He recommended that I replace the entire fixture instead. I decided to let that suggestion go. I called Mark and left a voice mail which he returned within 15 minutes. That in itself is outstanding! He drove from his work place in Thornhill, ON to my home in Mississauga for the task. He not only removed the burnt light saving me the time and expense of buying another track light, but, he also fixed a faulty oven door which wouldn't close. Mark's quality of service is OUTSTANDING!

    Honest Advice

    Mark helped us save $3000! Last year we were told that our 11 year old AC unit at the time would only last that summer and that by next year, we'd need to change it. We were quoted approximately $3000 for a new one. When our AC wasn't working last week, we thought we would get a second opinion and called House Depot. Without coming by, Mark told us to check for a few things over the phone and our AC WORKED! He pretty much helped us for free! We are truly grateful for finding Mark. We can now trust that he will always give honest advice and that making a buck is not his first goal when dealing with people.

    Gas pipe capped

    Enbridge shut off my gas because of a leak near my stove. Mark came by and checked the pipes for leaks and fixed and replaced the shutoff valve as well as capping it.

    Mark has many years of experience in HVAC as well as being a Master Electrician for the same length of time. We can troubleshoot any problem in HVAC Heating/Cooling and Electrical as well as any Natural Gas issues. We can save a red tagged system.
