    Equipment change

    Mr. Mark is a very reliable and perfect professional. His advice on products and services is the best. He is good at troubleshooting and installation. He accommodates changes in time. His advice on cost of equipment and other expenses is invaluable and precise. I am happy with his services.

    Navien Tankless Water Heater

    House Depot did a great job modifying our old tank water heaters to a new Navien tankless system. They provide a competitive offer and installation done at the same day. I will use their services in the future and highly recommend them.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Looking for someone to clean your furnace and HVAC system? Look no further!! Mark is your man!!! I can't express how pleased I am with the work and expertise provided by Mark! He is truly a professional and honest individual. We had 4 furnaces checked ( in homes and commercial properties ), to make sure they met the safety standard and were cleaned. Mark responded to my call immediately. He was on time. He showed me everything that was problematic (leaks of pipes, carbon monoxide readings that were too high etc.), and explained what needed to be done to fix the issues. He fixed everything in a timely manner, and now I feel that everything is safe, secure and has met safety standards. Come spring, I know who I'm going to call to install our air conditioning units. Mark is our guy from here on in. Thank you Mark :)

    Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, or Fixtures
    Electric outlets had stopped working all of a sudden. I shall Use his services for HVAC as well.

    Job nicely done.

    Mark replaced three exterior lanterns in my house. And here are three words to assess him: Punctual, Professional, Friendly. The lantern that arrived in a mail package from the Home Depot appeared to be broken , and Mark was kind enough to wait outside my house until I drove to the store and got back with a new lamp. I highly recommend Mark and will use his services again in the future.

    Exchange of air conditioning and hot water tank

    We recently bought a house that had an old, low efficiency hot water tank and air conditioning system that we were interested in upgrading. Mark was extremely responsive, came to look at it right away and worked with us to find the best option. He did both installations in one day and we are very pleased! Would recommend him to any of our friends.

    Geothermal Furnace Maintenance

    We hired Mark to look at the geothermal furnace that we got at our new home and had nothing but positive things to say about him. He was extremely detail-oriented in looking at the system to make sure all components are working properly, and was extremely patient in explaining how the system works. Unlike companies that are pushing for seasonal maintenance at much higher cost, Mark was up-front and explain what kind of maintenance we can do ourselves to keep the system running efficiently, and when to watch out for issues that would require someone to come in for repair. I highly recommend him to anyone needing maintenance/service on their furnace and any other potential electrical work around the house.

    Electrical and painting

    Mark and team were fabulous. They were very quick to respond and completed the work exactly when they agreed to complete it. Pleasant to deal with and I would definitely hire again!

    Electrical for finishing my basement and EV charger

    Mark was very helpful, thoughtful and put a great deal of care into his work. He completed wiring, switches, outlets and pot lights for my basement renovation. Mark also installed electrical for my EV charging station in my garage. I trusted Mark fully and would recommend and hire him again. He is very trustworthy which is so nice to see these days!
