Reply created 1 May 2017i hope the followings clarifies your misunderstandings 1.both of you and your wife agreed to fix the existing humidifier as it was almost brand new. never worked, for $150 plus tax. 2. there is always a time frame for all service industries, which could be one day(ESA) or half day(Direct Energy), although i had called you one hour in advance 3.The excess water going through the humidifier to the drain is not water leak, and they are normal..Your old humidifier before our arrival was shut off and sealed, so there was no leak before we arrived to your house 4 after one and half month you texted me the humidity does not exceed 35%, which i explained the existing working humidifier is not large enough for your house(although larger than you had bought), and you either need steam humidifier or larger humidifier, which i can do it for discounted price of $200(the normal price is $300). you asked me to do it for free, which is not possible 5. I do not have any ads for my business, as i have enough referrals through doing quality jobs WE HAVE BEEN WITH HOMESTARS CLOSE TO TEN YEARS, AND THIS SHOWS THE OBLIGATION WE HAVE TOWARDS OUR DEAR CUSTOMERS
