    Furnace Humidifier

    I have had Mark come to install a furnace and AC unit in the past, and as with the past this time was excellent. He is committed to working with his customers in a conscientious and timely, and the cost is always what is quoted. When our furnace humidifier broke down this time (leaking water), he was here within 24 hours and did fantastic work as usual. I recommend him to all my friends, and happy to recommend him to those looking for services on Home Stars. Nice man and great work!!

    Excellent Electrical work

    Mark and his partner did a great job doing a quick electrical job in my home. He went the extra mile and ensured the job was meticulously done in an orderly and clean fashion. Mark also helped to tie up another small electrical job I had which took him a few minutes to do free of charge. Honest and hard working electrician, would highly recommend him.

    Panel Change & Wiring Troubleshoot

    I called Mehrdad (Mark) for a panel upgrade from my original fuse panel. His price was competitive and he did a good job in keeping the new panel in the existing boxed framed area where I had the old panel, which made finishing the panel in the existing frame box afterward straightforward. I liked how he was on-task, respectful, and was able to come on short notice and get the job done quickly. Equally important, he took off his shoes while walking/working through the house, and when the job was completed, he took all his garbage with him rather than throwing it our bin or leaving it around. Overall I was satisfied and have since referred Mark to my friend's uncle who has a house which needs a mast replacement. He's a trustworthy electrician.

    Electrical, Heating and cooling

    I had major renovation in my house which i needed new heating, cooling, and Electrical. I called House depot Mark showed on time and provided a competitive price. Mark and his crews installed new Boiler, New air handler Ac as well as new floor heating for the basement. House depot did our Electrical wiring for our entire house as well I highly recommend Mark and House depot to my friends and colleagues

    External Air Vent Installation

    I discovered Mark and his company through Homestars. I called and requested a quote on the installation of an external air vent, a vent leading from my furnace room to the outside. Mark arrived when he said he would, and he bought his 'trainee' along too. His work was average at best and he honoured the quote that was given to me over the phone ($350). I will admit that $350 was a competitive quote relative to what some other companies were charging. Two things about the job that I wasn't too happy about are: upon completion, Mark remarks that he has to leave right away and scurries off without cleaning the leftover debris from the newly cut hole. This debris was left inside the home, at the base of the newly cut hole. and, 2, he, or his 'trainee', did not return some shifted furniture back to where he found them. He took it upon himself to grab my tenant's foot rest and use it as a stool, and proceed not to return it to the original spot.

    Hi Marco This is third time you are changing reviews. first time you put some pictures, which the following is response to your first review I checked on the vent image you posted 1. I honestly do not see debris. The stones and gravels are part of the backyard garden and are not debris. with regard to moving the furniture: as we go to a jobsite, we expect the site to be accessible, but we had to move tons of furniture, tables, vacuum cleaner, dehumidifiers,,, to get access to the furnace(all for $350). Dear Marco, expecting us to move them back is really not fair. 2. when you wanted to pay, you said you do not have money and asked me to follow you to bank, which i refused and told you i am in a hurray. Thus you processed the payment through email transfer, which i had to wait another hour to make sure the payment is processed.

    Electrical 10A line

    Fast, efficient and good price. Mark is always looking for the best solutions. We worked with House Depot in the past, and we will call them again. I recommend for electrical / gas related jobs.

    Kitchen light repair

    Mark was a nice respectful gentleman; he made efforts during off-hours to get the necessary supplies quickly. Other contractors failed to call me back for this small job. Would use again.

    AIR CONDITIONING

    My A/C was not working and I had a licensed A/C person come to fix it, after two visits he could not get it working. I then called Mark at House Depot. He promptly came and within an hour the AC was up and running and still is fine one week later. He was pleasant and honest.....highly recommended...LK

    Service

    Mark was a nice, patient, and experienced guy. He listened to our complaints very patiently and fixed the problem. I will call him any day when i have any electrical needs.

    3 rooftop units on Mississauga

    Another great job from Mark. He serviced 3 HVAC units for a commercial space - and they've never worked better. I will be calling him again. Thank you again Mark!
