    Electrical panel replacement

    I was very happy with the fast and professional service when I needed to get my electrical panel replaced. Good communication about what needed to be done, how long it would take. Would definitely use this company again.

    Furnace leak

    Mark was polite, quick, honest, and transparent. Would hire him again if I had another issue. I explained the issue, we walked through it together, and he got the job done!

    Thermostat installation, baseboard heater repair

    Mark was able to visit us quite quickly when some of our baseboard heaters stopped working in December. He was able to wait while we purchased 2 new thermostats and then installed them for us. He also identified that one of our heaters is faulty and we ordered a new one. He also replaced an electrical outlet that was not functioning. He was friendly and provided good advice. We found his prices for the work quite reasonable. I would definitely use this company's services again.

    AC, Tankless Water Heater and Furnace Replacement

    We had Mark and his team replace our AC, furnace and hot water heater this summer. Mark provided a detailed quote with itemized prices and answered all my questions quickly over the phone. His prices are reasonable. He had great suggestions on brands and types of equipment. Our equipment looks great and runs smooth. The installation took a little longer than expected. After a few months of installation we discovered a fowl sewage smell in our house. Our plumber later revealed that House Depot had incorrectly plumbed the furnace and water heater and did not set a pee trap on the sanitary lines. I am disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and the mental stress in determining the cause of the smell.

    Servicing of geothermal furnace

    Mark and his company are a hidden gem in the GTA HVAC community. He managed to fix longstanding issues with our geothermal furnace unit that no other technician had been able to resolve. He took the time to learn the specifics of our unit and consult with the manufacturer and was very good at explaining to me as the homeowner what the problem was and what my options were. I really appreciate his dedication to his clients - he responds quickly when I reach out and does his best to provide service promptly. I would recommend House Depot without hesitation. We have used various trades/technicians since building our house a few years ago and this company stands out for their customer service and excellent skillset. A. Downey, Toronto

    Kitchen Electrical

    Mark has done it again! Called Mark last night for a removal of hardwire connection and outlet installation for a small kitchen reno. He was quick to respond, and provide a quote and ETA. He was able to come earlier than expected and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Always happy to call Mark because I know the job will be done well and right the first time! Highly recommend!

    HOUSE DEPOT - 100% Reliable

    Mark from House Depot was the best choice I made for my renovation. He delivered on everything he promised and more. His price was fair and the service was perfect. He arrived on time everyday and communicated everything that was happening throughout the process. I would absolutely use House Depot again and I have already recommended him to friends. A+++

    Electrical for backyard studio

    I wouldn't give one star since the actual work done by the junior electrician was very good and he was very helpful and professional. However, the actual project management by the boss in charge was one of the worst I have seen with regular delays in stated timelines, last minute notice that I needed to fix something instead of any kind of proactiveness to keep timelines on track, several useless upselling attempts, very last minute registration of the HVAC warranty (dependent on House Depot), and regular flip-flops in recommendations on the work to be done. In the end, the electrical and HVAC install work done with House Depot constantly delayed the whole renovation project. I would not recommend this group unless you work with the junior electrician directly, since the manager doesn't do much and is very hard to work with.

    Hvac repair

    Mark and his team responded to the problem I reported in a very diligent and time sensitive manner. The work on my Hvac system was more complicated than previously anticipated. Despite the complications Mark and his team took the time to ensure proper installations and no additional cost overruns. Highly recommend them for any Hvac issues you may have.
