Mark and David arrived about 5 p.m., later than they expected and furthermore, after a full day's work. They asked if it would be alright to come the next day, but we explained we were out all day, so they said ok they'd do it right then. We had been trying to co-ordinate both a plumber to do the hookup and an electrician to do the wiring, but they said they could do both. This was wonderful because it completely avoided scheduling two different trades a few days before Christmas. Our experience with House Depot is right in line with all the other positive reviews. Hire Mark for your work. You won't regret it.

I had called a number of electricians but nobody called back. These guys called back and kept in touch throughout the day to let me know there arrival time since I called during the holidays. They were very friendly, courteous and professional.

We have been having off-and-on problems with our boiler for a couple of years and have had a few different people in to look at with little success. We had no heat yesterday and scheduled Mark same day and he made himself available in the evening. He quickly found one of the problems and fixed it before leaving so we had heat for the night. We are continuing to work with Mark to fix the remaining problems and are hopeful that he continues to provide the same knowledge, service and value for money that we received yesterday.

We had Mark and house depot, install a new tankless hot water unit. Mark had a good price and good reviews on this site. We got a little concerned when he didn't call or show up for his first appointment at our house to give us a quote, but we thought we would give him a second chance because of the reviews here. I'm glad we did because he did a great job, and was flexible to do the job on the weekend. He will sell and install any tankless unit you want. He provided a 2 year labour waranty ontop of the factory waranty. He also took away our old hot water tank and returned it to direct engery for us. It was also nice having the guys that give you the quote are the actual guys that do the install. Also we had a small concern with a small drip that was coming from a connection just under the new unit, but Mark came back and fixed it later in the same day he found out about the problem. It was a small leak, a drop or 2 an hour, but I was still concerned about it, and it was taken care of with no complaints from Mark.

installed a furnace two years ago, and the installation had two years labor warrantee. Mark installed it very well.The furnace broke few days ago and he honored the warrantee and fixed the problem as soon as he could. I have no problem giving him referrals to other people.

I have chosen House Depot because of the price and good reviews, and also there is no sales guy involved: Mark is the one who is doing the quotation and he is also with his crew at the installation. The installation took a bit longer than predicted but at the end everything was done properly and I am sure the furnace will run smoothly for the years to come. House Depot also took care of all the OPA rebates, and in top of 10 years manufacturer’s part warranty I’ve got also a 2 year labor warranty from House Depot. I can confidently recommend them for any HVAC job.

Mark and David came by to take a look at changing some switches and checking a light in the basement that wasn't working properly. The job ended up being a lot more complicated than anticipated due to some issues with the house. No complaints from them at all as the hours went by. I was impressed not only with the result but also with the attitude throughout. If you're looking for a company that's honest and does a great job look no further.

Though a bit difficult to schedule, Mark did a great job getting our boiler up to code. He was honest and up front about what needed to be done, with out trying to sell us things we didn't need. I would not hesitate to call Mark again.

i am pleased to ask Mark from house depot to do my air conditioning as well. (he had installed my furnace before). his price was much lower than Sears and unlike Sears he was the one who did installation . he installed according to my schedule. before he started the installations, Mark had advised us to get an Energy Audit in order to cover some of the costs of installations. Since his company is member of HRAI, i could get some rebates from there as well as Government rebates. Thank you Mark!

I was very pleased with the job Mark and his crew did. After researching many contractors House Depot came in at the lowest price and had the highest customer ratings I could find. They managed to work around my schedule and completed the job over a weekend. I would highley recomend House Depot to my friends and family.
