Marks price to do the work was excellent. And when the furnace broke down this past Sunday he got me going within hours. Mark helped me find a good solution and saved me a lot of money in upgrading the electrical at my house from 60 to 100 amp.

My furnace (American Standard) needed a filtration replacement. Mark new exacttly what was required and gave me an excellent quote. The workamanship was excellent. They are dependable, direct and honest, and delviered exactly what they he had promised. Will definitely use their service again! Highly recommend them.

I got House Depot to install a 100amp panel on one of my units two weeks ago. HOUSE DEPOT did a good and a neat job , so I got them to do a panel upgrade on a second unit which was done as good and neatly. I will use House Depot again. Dave

I contacted many contractors to get some information as well as installation of a tank less water heater . Most of them tried to sell their own brand tank and simply said that the other brand tank less water heaters in the market were not good, (regardless of the brand they had). One of my friends recommend Mark to me and told me that he had done some business with him in the past and was very satisfied. Mark came to my place a day after I contacted him. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained in details the differences between the different tank less water heaters. He spend about one hour in my house explaining and answering my questions. When I told him that I needed to run all the information by my wife, I was expecting him to be furious, but he reacted very professionally and left the house. After two days I contacted him again and told him that we had made up our minds. He and his crew arrived at the arranged time, and did a GREAT JOB. I am so pleased with his services, and have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone who wants to have a SAFE, CLEAN, and PROPER job done. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE MARK!!

The Saturday morning I called Mark, he paid a visit to our house in a couple of hours and suggested to replace the broken furnace with a high efficiency one. He delivered the new furnace on schedule,they started the installation immideately, and stayed until midnight to finish it. I also called him today as I thought the fan was not working on "on" position. He came with his associate and found out that it is working but very quietly and at a low speed. He left our home without any complaint. Keep up good service Mark!

I have found Mark thru a friend of mine who used him in the past.I can honestly say that he is probably the best contractor I have ever used for work around my house.Not only he is knowledgeable and very customer oriented but his rates are very reasonable too.I have first used his services to extend a gas pipe and he completed the job in a timely manner at a very decent rate.One month after that, I had an emergency with my heating system("thanks" to some contractor who left the job without properly checking the work done) and being December and late in the evening I called Mark as a last resort to see if he can come to help me restore the heating (the only alternative left was to get my family into a hotel).Not only that he came within one hour, but he was able to fix the problem real quick and save our day.He really went the extra mile to get me up and running and for that I can only say a BIG : THANK YOU MARK! Mark and his crew arrived in the morning and did not leave until the job was done properly and to code. They had some tricky situations with the venting due to the location of the tankless waterheater and also had to upgrade the gas piping, but they figured it out and got it hooked up. Mark was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Mark and his crew to anyone. My main concern is safety and code and they addressed them both.

Mark did a great job installing my furnace. He installed the furnace with 2 vents. The furnace works great, no noise can be heard from within the house. Mark also install my Rinnai tankless water heater. I would stay away from big companies with their big price tags to install the same furnace. The installation was difficult due to the location of where the unit was being installed.Mark had to overcome some venting challenges.At the end of the day everything was done and I am happy withe the install.
