After 24 years we decided it was time to replace our furnace. A1 Chesney provided a concise quote and were very clear on all the details. Kyle and Greg did the install. They prepped the set and were very efficient, professional and polite.

My existing furnace was 39 years old. It was time to get a replacement. I decided on a top of the line Lennox. Kyle and Gary showed up on time, placed drop clothes from my front door to the basement and got to work. I work from home so was available for questions at any time. They asked a few but mostly just worked to get the job done. Throughout the whole process they were very courteous and hard working. It was a pleasure having them in my house doing this job. When they fired up the new furnace, I knew I had made the right decision. Looking over the completed job, I had one concern, and that was the placement of the water discharge line from the furnace. When I voiced my concern, they changed the location immediately without even questioning me about it. I am completely satisfied with the work done and am happy I made the decision to replace my old furnace.

I was dreading the thought of getting a new furnace and hot water tank. We have heat just in time for winter— I hear that we are expecting snow next week.

This is the second furnace and water heater I have purchased through these guys. The salesman aren't too pushy, gave me all my options. Tyler and Malcom showed up on time for the install and they did a great job!! They didn't miss a single detail. All the work done was very professional. They took the time to walk me through the set up and they made sure they cleaned every scrap of the mess. I wouldn't even think twice about recommending Chesney aircare.

After a representative visit for house evaluation, Techs Tyler and Ian plus the electrician were on time to install a 3 ton AC lenox unit. The work was good with high quality taking their time to ensure everything was right. The only thing I wish they can consider in future works is to clean up the site after the work is completed.

Kyle and Greg were on time and did a good job of installing the replaccement unit. However they left a mess on the stairs to the basesment and also forgot to relight the hot water tank they shut off.
