The Team Peter(Sales), Abdo/Malcolm(Install), Ron(Electrical) were punctual, efficient, courteous, respectful & professional. All took time to answer my questions and explain what they were doing. After the system was installed, Abdo and Malcolm reviewed how the system operates and demo'd the features of the the remote control. I very much appreciated the post-project cleanup. It was a pleasure working with A1 Chesney Service Experts and I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

A1 Chesney installed an air conditioning system; with electrical/tubing rough-in & concrete pad existing. It took more than a week from the initial inquiry to speaking with a sales rep. Thereafter the work was completed within a week. The installers were timely, courteous & did a great job.

The salesman(Richard), And the 2 service techs were all very friendly,professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any work! The unit was purchased through Costco and Their prices are also very competitive.

We had 3 furnaces replaced with 3 new more efficient, high frequency units. Plus we had 2 hot water tanks replaced with 1 bigger tank. The salesman, Richard Gough, was very knowledgable, professional & very definitely not a bit pushy. The team of 8 including Abdo & Randy were amazing. They were all efficient, clean, well organized, extremely polite, quiet & quick. All questions were answered right away & we were given a thorough walk through after the job was completed. The clean up was fantastic. We are both very happy with everything & we will most definitely recommend A1 CHESNEY in Calgary to everyone.

Had 2 furnaces replaced with 1 high efficiency unit. Chesney rerouted and zoned the ducting. Replaced 3 hot water tanks with 1 tankless heater. No issues with install other than pipes not installed where we wanted them. They came back and rerouted the pipes with no issues. Great crew. Good clean-up. Called them this week for a tune-up.

Called the A-1 tech. for 2 furnace tune-up. The tech. was quite clean with his work, explained the tune-up and checks he performed. For the work performed, I think the company charges are high, although in line with market rates.

I did call for a humidifier repair, explaining the reason and type of it. A tech should up but he did not have a clue about the humidifier I installed in my home, never seen one like it. He called other people on the phone but did not get anything from them either. After 15 min. he charged me $ 103 for visiting my home sayng that the second day will give me a quote for some parts he thinks may need to be changed but without checking the status of the existing ones. I got the call and the price of $ 449 for the parts that are on the market at $ 121. I had a bad experience with this company that cost me $ 103. definitely I will not recommend this company.

Kyle & Gary and Tyler & Tyler were on-time and worked hard to replace an old heating system very efficiently in one day. They were excellent at keeping us informed on activity and asking any necessary questions. I would recommend them.
