They did a good job. There were mistakes along the way, which were fixed by the company as much as possible. There was some miscommunication between what I ordered and what I received, but the guys were great about trying to resolve the issues noted and at the end of the day, I am happy with the result. Not exactly what I ordered, but good enough.

The salesman did not use high pressure tactics. they were able to do the install 4 days later, the crew showed up on time, they used floor protection, they got the job done efficiently. They took away the old furnace and all the garbage.

A team of 4 removed the old items and installed 2 new furnaces and 1 new hot water heater. The team, Tyler, Kyle, Malcolm and Ian, worked quickly and efficiently and they worked well together. I noted careful attention to many details, they cleaned up the work space after they were finished, and were very willing to answer my many questions. Pricing and all serviceds were as quoted. Excellent service from A1 Chesney. Peter was very professional and knew what he was talking about. The two installers were great - even though they stayed until about 9pm to get the job done - they weren't leaving until it was tested and perfect. Well done!

We replaced two furnaces after a recent home renovation with Service Experts and have had them maintained by them annually. We are very happy with the furnaces and the service is good. The only frustration is contacting the company through a phone centre in the US.

Serviceman was very punctual and informative about status of the furnace. He took the time to show me the ineer workings of the furnace and Installed the filter I supplied and was not pushy about using his filter.
