    Three new appliances

    Thanks to Gary who handled our order over the telephone and matched all of the appliance colors. It was fast efficient and easy. Thanks to the two gentlemen who delivered the appliances and were extremely polite efficient and respectful.

    Refrigerator

    energy efficient and tall but narrow. Most importantly in stock and tenants are happy Delivery was excellent

    Replacement refrigerator and freezer.

    We were told by our sales person that the appliances we purchased were in stock and they would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. Four months later we were still waiting as the items were not in stock. We recently were offered floor models of the appliances we purchased as there was no ETA from the manufacturer so we agreed to take them. They were delivered undamaged but one of the appliances was missing a plastic cover for the door handle. Weve put in a claim for the missing part but who knows when well get it. A complete gong show.

    Replacement refrigerator

    Great experience from start to finish. The CAS sales team was efficient and knowledgeable. The delivery communications were timely and complete. The delivery team was experienced and on time. Would deal with the team at Canadian Appliance Source again!
