    It is quite quick that the time from ordering the refrigerator to delivering the product at home.

    Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher

    In-store sales person was extremely helpful and not too pushy. Felt like we got a fair deal. Was somewhat anxious about delivery given some of the comments on homestars, but the two delivery people were great despite having to navigate some very steep, narrow stairs into the basement.

    Dishwasher purchase

    Had to replace a dishwasher. Did my research and called Adib (from whom I had purchased other appliances in the past). We transacted quickly over the phone; he gave a fair price. Dishwasher was delivered early in the delivery window the next business day. Very easy and pleasant experience.

    GE Cafe kitchen appliances

    Great service. There was a 6 month delay in receiving our fridge due to manufacturing delays outside of the stores control, but the sales rep was very professional, and as helpful as possible under the circumstances. Delivery was also very quick and professional. Great experience overall!

    Oven delivery to house

    Sean and Devon gave us timely updates before arrival. They were polite, efficient, and real experts. The removal of the old oven and delivery of the new involved a close fit through the doorway. They maneuvered the ovens very well, leaving me secure in the knowledge the door would remain free from scratches. An excellent delivery team and service.

    Excellent sales; Excellent Delivery

    Excellent sales and prompt and excellent delivery of new fridge. The old one was carted away without any problems.

    Perfect installation

    Delivery was accurately confirmed a couple of days ahead. Delivery was on time and installation was efficient and seamless.
