    Fridge

    The 2 fellows who delivered our fridge were excellent. They were polite, efficient and made sure that the fridge was balanced!

    bad service

    On April 22 2022 I bought a fridge stove dishwasher and a hood vent and everything was in stock when I paid for it . I was promised I would have everything delivered on June 02 2022. Well that did not happen . I moved into my new place on June the third and I lost all of my food as I had no fridge to put things into. On May the 06 I received a backorder notice that my dishwasher is now on backorder ( they sold my dishwasher to someone else) Three months later I am still waiting. They said I would receive a credit (refund) but still no refund . When asked for there head office or some one to file a claim with they are unwilling to assist you any further . It is now July 25 2022 I should of received my 4 items by now after all they had everything in stock April 22 2022 but yet I am still waiting .

    Appliance Purchase

    Great shopping experience! My dryer broke on Friday, I reviewed stores and options online and decided on the product. I shopped at 2 retailers and liked the salesperson at Canadian Appliance Source due to his knowledge and helpful tips regarding the product. He even pulled a floor model out from the wall to show me the steam option and how to hook it up. Very happy. Delivery was next day and arrived in perfect condition.

    Purchased a fridge with next day delivery. Courteous and attentive to detail delivery. Very satisfied.

    Purchase of LG Washer and Dryer

    We have purchased an LG set of washer and dryer. Delivery was on time and installation was completed in 30 minutes. Our in-store representative helped us select these models based on our requirements. I recommend CAS as a store.
