    Washer and dryer

    Purchased and delivered all in the same week. Delivered and installed in an hour. Delivery guys were polite and efficient and were careful not to damage the walls. I highly recommend using them.

    New build. Stove, dishwasher fridge and wash/dryer

    Communication from the rep was outstanding. He always returned a call or email within 24 hours.

    Samsung induction oven

    Prior to this CAS delivered an oven that did not have the features I needed. As it was their error, they exchanged the oven for a more expensive one, I did not have to pay the difference and was not charged a second delivery fee or a restocking fee. The sales person took responsibility for the mistake and made all the necessary arrangements for the delivery of the replacement. I would definitely recommend CAS for the selection and the excellent customer service. The delivery people were friendly and polite, efficient and on time unlike the delivery the first time.

    FRIGIDAIRE

    GOOD ATTITUDE OF THEY EMPLOYEES AND VERY CAREFULL AND POLITE. ALL THE INFORMATIONS WHERE GIVEN REGARDING HOW TO CARE ABOUT THE FRIGIDAIRE IN THE FIRST 3 HOURS.

    Switched out of the warranty I purchased from Tyler x803

    I had purchase in-store with sales rep. Tyler the Blomberg washer, dryer with and extended warranty of 3 years after the manufacturer warranty of 1 year would expire. I added a range and a refrigerator to the same order to be delivered on the same date and confirmed that the same term warranty would be applied to all 4 items and Tyler confirmed it. The appliances were delayed by about 9 days and the refrigerator was damaged upon delivery. They took it back and was told that that refrigerator was no longer available so I changed it to another one where I had to pay more which I agreed to as I got a stainless steel one instead. What noticed is that the warranty now showed 2 years (and not 3 years) on the new emailed invoice. I contacted Tyler he tried to tell me that this was the total of 3 years which is not true. I went to the store to show him our original contract but he was off. I have left him multiple messages now and have not heard from him. I now believe this was intensional as he has not been returning my calls.

    Great service

    Very helpful in finding me appliances after i had waited 8 months with another company and was just informed my order would be an additional 6 months. Sales rep worked with me to find compatible appliances gave me a decent price and two of three were delivered 4 days later

    Freezer

    Great website to determine the products features and functions required for the household, to nail it to a final selection. Specs & manual to read in detail for physical sizing and operation. Then chatting with an agent to determine, price, delivery, removal of old unit "easy as", extended warranty (or not), along with the credit card payment.

    Purchased new appliances for home. A few persons cooperative while others don't pick up the phone when we need them the most.

    Bosh dishwasher puchase and delivery

    This is my second purchase (fridge and dishwasher). I am very satisfied with the whole process. Sales agents were very helpful and professional, so were le delivery associate.

    Washer and dryer

    Washer and dryer were delivered on time and set up perfectly. Gentlemen were friendly and plolite. They took the old machines away.
