    Excellent experience from start to finish!

    Sheresh helped us purchase a washing machine in the showroom; he asked questions to find out what kind of machine would suit us best and suggested models. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery team was on time and very efficient. They took away the old washer and installed the new in minutes. It only took two days, from purchase to delivery! I would recommend Canadian Appliance Source to anyone in need of an appliance and doesn't want to wait for months to get it! Also the website is excellent; it lets you know what is in stock and when you can expect the delivery.

    Very, very disappointing service

    Our washer somehow was forgotten upon delivery of our dryer, this is the least of the issues. I won't go into the saga of us trying to arrange delivery (we still haven't received it) but I can say that my only hope is that this company's "customer service team" starts to care, even the smallest iota, about the customers. Good luck to anyone who tries to get support. Beyond disappointing.

    Good selection, Knowledgeable Staff, friendly and Efficient Delivery

    Found the store online, and was impressed with selection. Visited the store and found the salesperson very knowledgeable and friendly. Purchase transaction completed easily and delivery scheduled for same week. Delivery people were friendly and efficient, and took extra measures to ensure no damage to our wood floors.

    Fridge replacement

    Easy and quick ordering process over the phone with an agent. Was provided with a quick delivery date. Delivery went smoothly. Overall great service

    Fridge

    Needed a new fridge. Process was seamless Delivery on time with little fuss. Very satisfied.

    Fast and efficient service

    Both delivery men were polite, fast and efficient. They were also very strong! Would have liked if they had levelled the refrigerator as part of the delivery service.

    CAS is my go-to for appliances

    I used CAS to purchase appliances for my last house and had lots of changes due to hiccups with renovations and then eventually having to sell the house before we were done and Najeem, my "appliance guy" as I call him, I was very patient with me throughout these changes and always offering very helpful solutions and suggestions. He was very involved in the delivery process always checking in and very. So upon moving to my new house I called him immediately for new appliances that were needed the process was so easy we chatted over the phone things were complete within 10 minutes and 2 days later my appliances had arrived the delivery people were amazingly respectful and fast.
