    Easy-peasy sale and delivery

    Found the matching dryer to my washer at best price and service at CAS. This is my second purchase with them and both experiences has been excellent, right down to delivery. On time, courteous, and careful, the guys were great!

    Great service and very respectful gentleman who came to install! Extremely happy customer! And will purchase more from this store again.

    Customer service = Z E R O

    After waiting for one whole year and trusting my sales person - the freezer and range from our full order arrived. Canadian Appliance Source relocated it to another client. They told me I now have to wait a whole other year. I cant even talk about the run around I am getting from customer services. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I read another review and contrary to the response from management - once the appliance arrives its in the companys hands. This one is not a manufacturer ETA. Its poor management and poor customer services.

    I order the fridge and it was delivered to me in less than 24 hrs. Their delivery team were great.

    Freezer

    Excellent sales and pricing. Delivery was fine as very hot day and staff was quick and efficient.

    Terrible Customer Service

    Just got a call from this company saying the service call was now June 22 instead of June 21. Whirlpool contracted this company for the Toronto area. I advised the company the service call for the leaking fridge was agreed on for June 21. Kiran from Toronto Appliances said she cannot do anything about it, and there is no one else to speak to. Ridiculous service.

    Frigidaire fridge

    Great delivery, they took the fridge out of the box and Placed it in our kitchen and they also removed our old fridge and took away all the packaging

    Refrigerator purchase

    The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. Delivery was on time. The delivery people were very careful and helpful and friendly
