I bought a Maytag washing machine from CAS. It turned out to be defective (was shaking my entire house whenever it ran), I called CAS and they sent the installers back to my home to assess the situation. The installers (a 3rd party to CAS) said that the machine was defective (loose drum) and that is why it was shaking the house. The installers told me to call CAS and let them know what they said, I did that and CAS said I needed to now call Maytag to get one of their technicians out to see the machine. After a week, Maytag sent a different 3rd party to assess the machine. Not surprisingly they said it was an installation issue and told us to call back CAS to relay that information. CAS called the installers to come back (another week goes by) and the installers say the same thing they said the first time and we go through the whole process a second time. At this point Im so upset that I just want to return the washing machine and get my money back. Even though I bought the extended warranty, nobody will help me or process my return request so I am stuck with a washing machine that shakes my entire house. Most frustrating, nobody at CAS will help, they only have sales people and they outsource customer service and will not stand behind any of their products. When I asked to speak to a manager they said there are no managers and they are all just sales people who work on commission. Once they make a sale they wash their hands of everything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE - THIS BUSINESS IS A FRONT AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED
