The delivery service was friendly and careful and were in and out with our old and new fridge in no time. Sam, Eli and Eli were great. Aneel was my sale rep from Macleod trail Calgary. I got an excellent deal on a showroom model but unfortunately was told the door could reverse with existing hardware but the upper plate was not reversible. This would have affected my initial decision in buying this fridge had we known this. We now have an additional cost of a left side plate from another company $66 to make this switch(the door swing the original way will not work in our kitchen) and the company has said because it was a floor model I have to take it in "as is" condition. I would've given an excellent review had the company covered the cost for the plate.
