    Great pricing, value, and service

    I ordered a full stack of appliances for new kitchen and laundry room. Even though there were logistical delays and everything they kept me up-to-date. Some deliveries have to be split but there were no additional charges. Great team and great help.

    Refrigerator and Microwave Sale and Delivery

    The salesman Jainil and the delivery personal Greg and CJ were awesome. All three of these wonderful people took the time to make our experience with your store the best . We will be doing all of our appliance purchasing from them from now on . Thank you Canadian Appliance Source.

    kitchen renovation

    The chap who delivered the vent was so friendly, polite, helpful and professional. Cant say enough good things about him ! Please say thanks to him for me, he is a credit to your company. This is my fiirst experience ordering from your company, it certaintlly wont be the last.

    Purchased New Laundry Pair

    Overall service was quite good but in the end I was left disappointed. I appreciated that Canadian Appliance Source was willing to give some wiggle room on the cost of the package. The delivery date fit my schedule. The delivery guys worked quickly and tried to minimize any clean up after some snowy weather. However, the dryer was installed in the typical way with basic vent and electrical connections. That would have been great except my dryer has the steam function so it needs a water hook-up with a Y splitter. The delivery guys were nice and I am sure it was just an oversight as they likely do the standard install most times. Plus really the sales guy should have ensured that they had the proper information and parts ordered. I figured Canadian Appliance would stand behind their service and make a goodwill gesture by refunding the cost of the dryer installation or send me the steam installation components free of charge. The sales gentlemen and customer service rep were understanding but couldn't get the company to take any steps to correct the issue. So I will have to buy the steam component package myself and install if myself even though I paid the company for installation already. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense... It is a shame that a new customer that would have looked to make future purchases with Canadian Appliance Source will have to find another company that makes customer satisfaction a priority.

    New Washer/Drier & Freezer

    Sales experience was extremely positive and definitely got the best lead time and price possible in the country! Our Delivery experience was also fantastic, both gentleman was extremely kind, work was professional and done very quickly. Would strongly recommend!

    Helped me find the one my daughter needed, got a really fast delivery date and installed and old ones taken away. All very professional

    Washer & dryer replacement

    It was Boxing Day deal but as a special order it took time to be shipped from manufacturer. Delivery was on a beautiful day and the service excellent. If it had been delivered immediately it would had been exposed to a blizzard and the house would be dirty and cold.

    New washer

    Our washer broke and needed a new one. We got the best price on a new one and were very happy with the delivery and installation.

    LG washer

    Quick, professional delivery , installation and removal of old washer. Arrived on time and were curteous, knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend and use again!!

    New Build

    Purchased complete appliance package, Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave and extended 4 yr warranty. Last pieces(3) just arrived after ordered in Jan 2021.
