    Awesome customer service

    I have used Canadian Appliance Source in the past and their delivery service has always been excellent. They were on time, were polite and brought a large appliance in and down staIrs with no issues. I couldn't have asked for better service!

    Washer & Dryer Delivery

    I ordered by phone a compact set of washer and dryer - Thursday evening and they were delivered early Monday morning. The phone ordering process was great. The salesperson - Mitch was extremely helpful. The delivery team arrived early Monday morning and they were courteous, friendly and removed the old washer and dryer from the basement carefully and efficiently. As for the laundry appliances not sure of their performance as I have to wait until our contractor completes our new laundry room.

    New house all new Electrolux appliances

    Great experience, great appliances. Took a while for the fridge and freezer due to covid, but we where warned, all's great.

    samsung washer and dryer (gas) front load

    I have wonderful online service with Sona, from start of shopping to finish of installing. I would definitely recommend CAS! they are just the right touch to a stressful stay at home purchase.

    Purchase of new refrigerator, home delivery, door swing direction reversal

    CAS was able to deliver the fridge within 2 days compared to other companies who could not even deliver within 1 month! The delivery was well executed with a text announcing arrival of delivery van in 10 minutes. It would be preferable to have technician change door from right to left ahead of time. It would have been helpful to know in advance that the new fridge needs to sit for 6 hours before it can be plugged in.

    Washer and dryer

    Good job! Fast... efficient. Made recommendations. Looks great, reviewed appliances. Would recommend CAS and installation to all those looking for new appliances.

    LG Washtower washer/dryer combination appliance

    My CAS agent did a hard selling for me to buy the appliance. She didn't want me to hang up without a sale. I don't like such selling tactics but must be for commission reasons. I compared prices and for the most part, all dealers sell at the same price. (Hmm...price fixing??) The machine came on time and with good delivery...and a little bit of a comedy act with the two delivery guys. They were very careful coming in not to bang on the elevator, doors etc. It took about 30 min. to complete the delivery. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Gave the 2 guys a little tip which CAS states on their delivery info is "always appreciated."
