    Excellent customer service

    Every customer service rep and the delivery personnel were amazingly friendly and helpful. They went that extra bit to make the experience exceptionally and show they value you as a customer. Very impressive and grateful!

    Washer and dryer combo

    Was great customer service…dealing with Ivan was wonderful…. delivery guys left garbage in the driveway that blew to the neighbours…one delivery guy also gave my wife attitude and treated her poorly…they didn’t come prepared with proper tools that my wife had to supply them with…

    Clothes Washer Purchase (& Upright freezer in 2017)

    This is my second purchase from Canadian Appliance Source at the Taunton Road, Whitby location. Al is very knowledgeable and I have been very happy with his sales assistance and the delivery personnel. I ordered my washer on Monday and it was delivered on Thursday. I was notified by email the day before of the delivery window which was met. Excellent service and I will go back to see Al when shopping for appliances in the future.

    In Stock and Great delivery crew!

    Bought all new appliances for my new home. The original order I placed with a big box store was delayed and CAS (Samir) had everything in stock and was happy to work with me on price matching. Delivery the following week! The crew that delivered was awesome. Friendly, fast, careful, they had great communication between eachother while moving which you don’t always see. 5 stars.

    They got it right

    Bought 2 appliances recently from CAS. Great showroom. Every model I wanted to see was there. Knowledgeable salespeople are there when you have questions but not in your face when you just want to look. Gave what I think are good discounts. Picked up dishwasher myself from warehouse. Easy. They helped load it into my vehicle. Drive up to drive away maybe 20 minutes total and they seemed busy at the time. Then washing machine crapped out a month later. Bought new one over the phone. Washers are heavy so I asked for basic delivery (no removal of old appliance or install of new). Delivery was excellent. Texted when they would be there. They unboxed, kept packing material and put washer inside. Courteous guys. There really was nothing they could have done better.

    New appliances

    Delivery people were very courteous & helpful with making sure our floor surfaces were protected properly & took care with removal & delivery Thank you

    GE washer installation

    Installation seemed to be quick and efficient. They installed metal hoses as they told me rubber hoses do not follow apartment building codes, but they also left the new rubber hoses as well. The person who installed the machine looked to be very competent. As for the machine, I won't know about it until I have done some laundry in it.

    Washer and dryer and dishwasher !

    Dishwasher replacement

    Called for a new dishwasher and it was delivered the next day. The delivery guys were excellent! In and out in no time, let me know when they would arrive and were extremely pleasant.
