    Fridge and Stove.

    Most places had a waiting period of 3 months. Got my fridge and stove in 3 days! Delivery driver were cautious to not scratch anything. They did an amazing job! Sales rep was also very helpful and did an amazing job!

    Purchased new appliance package

    Purchased 4 appliances in store and delivery was quick. Received a call confirming delivery night before scheduled delivery and items were delivered within the timeframe stated.

    Came through for us!

    My wife and I did a full kitchen renovation in the summer of 2021 and bought all new appliances in June of 2021 and as of February 2022 still did not have any of our appliances. Our original retailer (not CAS) did not have anything in stock and kept telling us that our appliances would be available in a week or so and then delaying the delivery by a month. This went on for 6 months or so. Until finally we got fed up and cancelled our original order and purchased all new appliances from CAS on February 6 and had them delivered on February 8. Could not be happier with the service.

    Purchase and delivery

    Our refrigerator required replacement. The staff was friendly, knowledgable And very helpful. We were impressed with their expertise.

    Replacement of appliance

    Bought an appliance package at CAS in July 2021, the fridge had a little bit of damage to the doors, prompt response from manufacturer and CAS to have issue addressed which ended up being a whole replacement of the refrigerator. Smooth exchange process, efficient delivery.

    Great experience overall

    We had a great experience with CAS. The purchase process was easy and fair. We were expecting our new fridge mid February or later but it was delivered ahead of schedule on Feb 7. The delivery was also excellent - the team was careful, and make sure everything was perfect. Overall a great experience!

    Kitchen Fridge

    Our CAS customer service rep Rachel, was great. I was chatting with her online to start the sales process and then she asked if it was easier for me to complete the sale over the phone. Within 5 minutes, Rachel called me and she helped out with the pricing. Our new fridge was purchased and delivered within 3 days.

    Washer/dryer purchase, delivery & installation

    Purchase was easy and straightforward even during pandemic. Some issues with supply chain but our contact person Rachel solved those for us. Delivery was on time and installation done properly.
