We regret to hear you new appliance arrived with some damages. When an order is delivered, the appliances are unpackaged when the delivery team reaches their destination. In a very small percentage of orders, there can be concealed damage that is not noticed until the product is unpackaged. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Kind regards M D CAS
