    Appliances

    The item ordered a week ago was delivered on time, in a professional way and from a highly expert team. From sales executives to the delivery team all were excellent, helpful and nice.

    New fridge

    Excellent service both in the online purchase and in the delivery. Able to get a white fridge here when no one else was able to provide one. Delivery was prompt and very efficient.

    Purchased Electrolux washer

    The smoothest purchase and delivery possible. I have bought other appliances in this store and always very happy with their service! The delivery service was on time, they messaged half an hour before their anticipated arrival. Highly recommended!

    Washer & dryer delivery & installation

    Delivery was on schedule & done very efficiently. Thanks for a job well done. It was clean & no damage to walls or doors. Would recommend this service to anyone.

    Induction range

    Excellent service by the salesman online. Efficient and negociable. Received the induction range 2 days later. My entrance is steep and snowy, didn't scared the delivery guys at all. they gave a really good service and made the company look really good. Stove is perfectly intact and works well. Got it 4 days ago so I can't give anymore information.

    New appliances

    I placed a very large order for appliances by telephone on Dec 29. On Jan 2, I decided to change the washer/dryer I ordered to another model. On Jan 2, the price of the new model was $2295. I took a screenshot of the price. On Jan 2, I called CAS Customer Service to make the change. They refused to make the change and told me my original sales rep was the only person who could make the change. They put in a request for her to call me and I waited. It is their policy that customers cannot deal with another sales rep and I had to wait for her to call me. On Jan 6, after still not hearing from her, I called back Customer Service and asked for them to make the change in my order. They refused and said I could only do that with the sales rep. They put in another request for her to call me. On Jan 9, the sales rep finally called me back. From Jan 2 (when I called to make the change) to Jan 9 (when she finally called me back), the price of the new model went from $2295 to $2495 (+$200!). The sales rep said she can't give me the price from Jan 2 and told me I would need to pay the higher price. I don't think it's fair that because the sales rep took a week to call back their client, that the client should have to pay a higher price. If Customer Service or another sales rep could have made the change on January 2, I would have paid the lower price of $2295. They take your money quickly when you place your order but then you're stuck when you want to make a change. If the sales rep takes their time calling you back and the price goes up, oh well, the customer needs to pay more. Customer Service was not helpful at all and didn't care. I would never recommend this company or shop here again.

    Frigidaire Freezer

    Hassle free delivery with live updates to the last minute, professional and quick removal of old appliance. As for my new freezer, looks great and seems to be working fine, it's also very spacious and great for organizing my frozen food.

    Damaged products and without a fridge

    Received damaged fridge and customer care not returning request for replacement. It has been three days and my food is spoiling. Do not purchase appliances from this company. The service is terrible and no one cares. They mislead about delivery and product. We also had damage to our new front door. Everyone I call says they are unable to help us. No store manager just sales people. Both stove and fridge delivered damaged.

    New washer bought and delivered

    From the sales to delivery, the process with CAS was excellent. Dave was very knowledgeable about the products and options we needed. Delivery was as scheduled and the delivery guys were very polite and efficient.

    On-Time Delivery & Seamless Sales Experience

    I needed to replace my dishwasher and went to Canadian Appliance Source for the best price on a replacement. The sales representative helped me on the phone with choosing the right model based on my search criteria. When the Samsung dishwasher was delayed, CAS emailed & called me to provide me with an update of the status. When I decided to add a delivery service, the customer service rep was able to help me with this request and schedule a delivery within the same week. Finally, delivery came - it was new year's eve. The delivery team for CAS arrived early. The machine was delivered & the old machine was hauled out. Thank you!
