    Range

    Amazing service Amazing delivery, thank you cant wait to use the stove and will definitely purchase other products if needed, cant wait to try it out thanks again, Thank you

    Upright freezer

    Quick and easy. Very helpful customer service went out of his way to find something available for me quickly and shipped next day. Delivery team in point and quick clean.

    Vast product lineup & Great delivery

    Purchased full series of kitchen appliances. Was impressed with the variety of products available in store with more online. Store manager was very knowledgably and helpful. Sales person was helpful however reliant on support from others, which was offered quickly. Pricing was fair and in line with what I expected. Delivery was a breeze. The email included a link where I could track delivery to better estimate when the team would arrive. Team were professional, tidy and handled appliances with care - ensuring safety for themselves and with care not to damage product.

    Good service

    Good service and very friendly guys. Delivery in time. In general it deserves 5 stars. I will recommend my friends and my relatives use their future if any chance in the future.

    I ordered 4 appliances with CAS and my experience was amazing. From the account executive who worked with me patiently and professionally throughout the selection and purchase process to the customer care consultant who managed my delivery and the delivery team which I missed their names, they all did everything flawless! I can't thank you enough! Keep the great work up!

    GE Cafe Kitchen appliances

    I purchased, paid in full 5 GE Café appliances in January of 2020 from Canadian Appliance Source. The first customer care person that I dealt with was Nicolas P. He was a horrible customer correspondence person. After months of no word from anyone and having called only to be told I would have to speak to Nicolas, I finally got some assistance from Akshika B. Not only was she kind and very knowledgeable but she kept in touch and emailed me back promptly anytime I had a question on when my appliances would be available. Can’t say enough good things about her. One by one my appliances were delivered …mid May , mid June ..mid August of 2020 , with the last one today January 13th. I’m hoping she get the commission as she sure deserves it. Nicolas P just sent” delay from manufacturer” random emails. I can’t speak to the pervious deliveries in 2020 as honestly I do not remember the delivery people. I can speak to the fellows that delivered my range today. Eli and the other fellow Sam were Amazing!! Such friendly , positive , upbeat, and very competent delivery team. Great “can do” attitude !! Eli and Sam …Thanks for the five star service.

    Excellent experience

    Purchased 7 appliances and 6 delivered in Nov/21 and the backordered fridge arrived today (Jan/22). Excellent customer service and communication. We bought the extended lemonade warranty but, fingers crossed, we won't need it. 3 appliances are LG which we have had before. Maytag, Samsung and GE Profile will be a new experience. Time will tell. :)

    Replacement appliances

    Recently bought in two separate transactions a new gas range and dishwasher. Range was bought after visiting local showroom. Dishwasher was bought online. Customer service was responsive and excellent on both occasions. Delivery was on time with staff taking full Covid precautions to enter the house. Response to a change in delivery date to fit my plans was quick and hassle-free. CAS website is effective and you are not bombarded with unnecessary offers.

    30" slide in convection range

    This beautiful appliance just arrived! I absolutely love the look of it. Can't wait to see how it works in my kitchen! All of the dealings with the staff of this purchase was second to none!!

    Frigidaire 4 doors

    Sales Rep provide his professional opinion for helping me to choose my fridge. It was perfect with the money thst I spent. Delivery team also did a excellent job during the extreme cold warning. Highly recommend. .
