    Could not have been a worse experience

    The delivery team abandoned the washer dryer without installing it, despite us calling their dispatcher to tell them the installation was part of the order. We tried installing it ourselves and realized the dryer cable they provided was too short, so we called and they sent the same delivery guys back. They came to an install without any tools to do the job, flipped the water lines so hot water came through during a cold wash and shrunk my clothes, and left a mess. We eventually called another company to undo their mess, and that cost us $600 in parts and labour. So if you're buying from CAS, just remember that while their prices are lower, you get what you pay for. I would pay an extra thousand dollars on top of any appliance just to never deal with these people again.

    Washer dryer, quickly delivered as well as taking the old product away

    Service was quick and friendly, no real complaints, only downside was I wish there was a earlier warning about being able to do the installation right away based on the temperature outside. But company was more then willing to refund the installation costs, and quickly at that. Would recommend

    Excellent service

    Best service ever!!! We are very very happy with our new Electrolux washing machine. Our daughter bought one awhile ago and she is very pleased with it. We did our research and CAS had the best price.

    Kitchen renovation

    We ordered a new gas range December 30th almost closing time. The manager was great! Will buy our next fridge there for sure! The prices are the best and they give you discount when they can. It was a great experience!

    Whirlpool Dishwasher

    I just had a new whirlpool dishwasher delivered after ordering online earlier this week. I opted to do my own research on the website and then chat with an online representative regarding options and deals (as my last time at the store wasn’t the most positive experience). The online rep was very helpful and walked me through the options of the purchase. I am also impressed with the online presence of the order details and delivery scheduling. When it came to delivery today, it was very easy to track my order for approximate delivery time, as well as being called by the delivery person prior to their arrival. Delivery was smooth and quick. Thank you! Looking forward to hooking up the machine and getting it working.

    Replacing appliances

    Replacing dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Was able to get a new much needed dishwasher within a week. We also added on a washer and a dryer. Better prices than Costco.

    LG Washing Machine

    Our LG washing machine failed after Christmas so the hunt was on for a new one, as it was too expensive to repair. We thoroughly compared & investigated pricing at many competitors. Availability was 100% the problem, pricing was compatible. We chose the Etobicoke location as we live close & we’re very happy with their ability to provide as no one else could in the desired time frame. The 2 delivery guys that were just here were quick, courteous, efficient, friendly & safe. Thanks to all …great service all round. The Brown’s

    Beware! Extended Warranty will NOT be honored!

    The Canadian Appliance Source will not honor their extended warranty! After buying all of our appliances from them for our new home, along with the extended warranty, our dishwasher breaks-down. CAS sends us the warranty details and we initiate the claims process with WGI Service Plan/iA Financial Group. A month later, the repairman doesn't attend our scheduled service date and advises they've just ordered a part (not knowing the issue or seeing the dishwasher). 5 weeks after that and we have to follow-up with the warranty company because nobody's telling us what's happening. Finally someone comes out and "fixes" it but it still doesn't work. The warranty company advises us that we have to submit another claim. We just want our dishwasher to work. We file another claim and were told we'd receive a call back in 1-2 days from Whirlpool. The call never came. We contacted them again and they submitted another call-back from Whirlpool, and the call still never came. We then spoke to Whirlpool Customer Care department and they only took notes then advised they can't help us. The management team at Canadians Appliance Source advises "unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this situation, sorry." 4 months, WITHOUT a dishwasher, and no call-back, no answers, no repairman, no parts and kept in the dark on the status of our claim. The warranty company won't provide us answers, nor a repair in a timely manner, nor a new dishwasher and CAS won't help in any way. An honorable retailer who sells a warranty product with good faith, should step in to support their customer when they need to. Yet, they won't but will keep pushing an extended warranty knowing that won't even be honored.

Please understand that CAS is an authorized retailer, and we receive all of the appliances we sell directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging. The packaging is not removed until the appliance is presented to our customers. Therefore, CAS does not perform Quality Control testing on any of the appliances we sell. This is done by the manufacturer during the production process. As such, there are times that an appliance may experience functional issues shortly after purchase and as it is a functional issue, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. In cases like this, the manufacturer provides CAS with very specific guidelines on how to proceed. This will almost always include having the manufacturer send out a technician to assess the appliance. The technician's report is provided to the manufacturer who then determines whether or not they feel as though the appliance can be repaired or would need to be replaced. Please know CAS offer one year manufacturer warranty for the first year any functional issues need to go through the manufacturer directly. We regret to hear the ongoing issues you are having with your new dishwasher. Please call our Customer Care team at 1-833-227-0500 with this information and we would be happy to escalate this matter with Whirlpool directly to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.     Broken Promises and Missing Appliances

    CAS was the cheapest, and you end up paying the price in the long run. It's 145 days (~4 Months) and counting and we are still missing some of the appliances we ordered with no delivery date in sight. Everything after purchase was disappointing, Fridge, Dishwasher, and one laundry pedestal of our 11 piece order weren't delivered and we don't have an answer or ETA. We made our decisions to purchase from CAS based on product availability, and even paid more for premium products because we were told they were in stock, but now we have no fridge and dishwasher, and no ETA. Customer care is non-existent, and they play a run around game where everyone is a manager, and nobody is responsible. I tried speaking to my sales rep for 3 months with no response, then he was no longer with the organization and nobody took his place. If your time is valuable, take your business elsewhere. Saving a few hundred bucks wasn't worth this nightmare.

    Excellent customer service

    I worked with sales rep Sheresh. He was very helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the right products for my needs. He is very knowledgeable of the appliance market. He was also instrumental in securing product during the shortage of available product due to covid issues.
