Overall a great experience so far (2 appliances purchased and delivered today). We decided to give them a try based on positive experience from friends who had bought from them before. While their incessant chat bot pop-ups on their website give it a bit of an aggressive feel (as does having to chat with them on the phone to get their ‘lowest’ price), their customer service is great. Their customer service reps are friendly, helpful in answering questions, and the price you can get over the phone, while maybe not quite as good as you can get elsewhere, is close to it and without the hostile (and phoney) negotiation game; My time is worth more than the savings to be had playing the game at a competitor.
While I find 3rd party delivery services can be very hit and miss at retailers, the delivery team for my purchase was great. Efficient, polite, careful with the appliances and my property, wore masks the whole time, etc. I really appreciate that I could track the delivery in real time to know a more precise arrival time based on how their other deliveries were progressing.
