    Dishwasher Delivery

    Sales person Ravi was very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was prompt and delivery staff was courteous. They have a great selection to choose from. I would definitely shop with Canadian Appliance again in the future!

    Definitely a 5 Star Experience

    Definitely a five star experience all around. From the first conversation with Nav at the Woodbine location, to install and followup, this was one of the best appliance buying experiences we have had in our 54 years as homeowners. Respect, courtesy, experienced suggestions and continuous followup including sending a serviceman to check on what we thought might be an issue with our new fridge, Nav is the consummate representative of CAS and made us feel that our business was appreciated.

    Replacement fridge

    A hydro surge blew our current fridge and we needed a new fridge in a hurray, before our family Christmas. Canadian Appliance came through for us. Our sales person was helpful, friendly and understanding of our problem. He found us an in stock fridge that fit in our space. And arranged for delivery two days later. The delivery people were Pleasant, efficient and timely. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again.

    Pathetic

    I am a contractor that would recommend Canada appliances to my clients but never again Delivery people started off not protecting anything. Brand new flooring and kitchen. Complaining about moving the old appliances into the garbage. Paid extra for them to move them. After offering more money they agreed. Then when asked if they are taking the box and packing off the street the driver started yelling rudely to —— relax. When told to calm down the helper started threatening to fight and even kicked a garbage can next to me in some attempt at intimidation. B itched about not getting the extra money, that they would have if not for starting a rant. Then getting told this is Quebec speak French. Two phone calls looking for an apology from Canada appliance. Nothing. This is the second time this has happened, first time not as bad but it was a big truck driver starting with a 5’ tall woman.

    New Fridge

    Professional knowledgeable sales assistant and friendly and courteous delivery staff made my experience seamless and highly satisfying. I would recommend the Barrie CAS appliance store as your first stop in getting good value.

    Replace Freezer

    I purchased a new freezer and requested delivery with removal of the existing one. This was complete successfully, quickly with no damage to my home during delivery. Delivery time was made clear by CAS and they delivered during the stated time window, with a 15min heads up.

    I bought 2 sets of Washer Dryer's, and I got great service, the Rep Rachel was extra devoted and kind

    Great service from the company, Great product, at competitive price... the delivery guy could have been more kind and welcoming. One of them was nice, but the other gave attitude for waiting a minute for me to move my stove, so they can pass.... AND they didn't put back the door of my laundry room, which they had removed!

    Washer and Dryer

    Bought a new washer, dryer, pedestal washer and pedestal. Prices were very competitive (better than other stores I checked). Most Items were in stock (other stores had delivery dates over a month out). Sales person was very efficient and helpful, and most importantly not pushy (offered and explained extended warranty but didn't pressure me about it). Delivery was excellent - on time (in first 15 minutes of the 4 hour window given), delivery guys were efficient and friendly, handling the appliances with care. Would highly recommend.

    New wall oven

    Our oven stopped working days before Christmas. We went to CAS and asked what they had that would fit the exact space. They were able to deliver it a couple of days later and take the old one away. The guys delivering the service came early in the morning and were very quiet so as not to disturb our condo neighbours. While looking at options at CAS's showroom we also asked about some other appliances we are thinking of replacing. Our salesperson answered our questions, did not pressure us into buying and said he would be happy to answer our questions at any time.

    Frigidaire induction range

    I'm very happy with the service provided by Canadian Appliance store. Delivery service was prompt and delivery men were kind and courteous. I plan to make more appliance purchases from Canadian Appliance store in the future. Thanks.
