    Washer and dryer

    They were very professional, polite and they cleaned everything up. They arrived on time so no sitting around all day. Everything is in the right place. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

    Affordable appliances, GREAT service

    Once again, the CAS salesperson found me the best appliances at the right price and was very flexible and adaptable in terms of adding the warranty and accommodating my delivery date requirements

    Home Appliances

    Purchased our home appliances recently from CAS (Stoney Creek). The fridge was on back order as some items are at this time. Wenli was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries. I would recommend them.

    Fantastic service!

    From the assistance to finding the right fridge to scheduling the delivery when it worked for me. The courteous and professional delivery crew moved my failed fridge to the garage for me and delivered my new fridge in prefect condition. Nice to experience a company that still provides good service, even after the sale is done. An excellent experience, thank you!

    GE Gas stove

    Excellent service from Kenny the sales man , he took the time to make sure i was getting what i expected. The delivery team was here within 24 hrs with my new stove and brought it in. Thanks to everyone for making my purchase easy.

    Lots of stock and quick delivery

    Lots of selection in stock - more so than other competing stores. Good customer service with knowledgable staff. Very fast next day delivery and I love the real-time tracking instead of a huge delivery window.

    New appliances

    I got lots of support buying online with an agent via the telephone. He answered all my questions and gave me a reduced price based on buying two appliances at the same time. I was able to purchase an extended warranty and have delivery within a few days.

    Product delivery

    LG ThinQ Washing Machine

    Our old washing machine broke; the drum came off it's rails. We were in search of a new one but supply chain issues made that difficult. We tried lots of places and ended up at Canadian Appliance Source, 65 Dufflaw Rd., in Toronto. The sales rep was knowledgeable, very polite and helpful. He helped us pick out a new washer and the whole process was very easy. It is a big purchase so can be very stressful. Our experience with CAS was not. We bought the machine on Wednesday night and delivery was scheduled for Friday. The delivery men were amazing. The service was great; they did a great job without any issues even though we are on an upper level townhouse. They installed our new washer and took away our old one. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service from both the sales rep and the delivery service .

    Kitchen and laundry appliances

    Very impressed with our purchase, after sales service and delivery from Canadian Appliance Source. Strongly recommend them. Our new build house was delayed, as is typical these days, but they worked with us to ensure that our appliances were ready when we needed them.
