    Kitchen Renovation

    Sales people are nice and experience of product knowledge. Competitive pricing and sufficient stock at warehouse. In term of delivery service, I have no complaints at all. Highly recommend to my friend's consideration.

    Speedy and efficient - wow!

    The team that delivered my new washer/dryer pair made the job look so easy. They removed the existing expired units and placed the new ones. We were done in 20 minutes and everything was hooked up and ready to go. Consummate professionals - great crew. Would use this service again on the hope I'd get these two guys again.

    Washer and Dryer

    We found that CAS has a good selection on display. Their account executive was knowlegeable and pleasant to deal with. The pricing was competitive and they had units available from stock. The delivery arrived on schedule and was handled professionally.

    Lg washer

    Had to replace a failed other brand and looked at product reviews. After decided which unit according to size and changed family needs we selected the lg. next we looked at the various sellers and decided to go to CAS. The unit was delivered within 5 days. Will be trying it out tomorrow as the delivery is a bit late and i won’t have time to read all the information and give it a run.

    New set of washer and dryer

    Bought 1 set of washer and dryer on black friday.I got a good deal for a Whirlpool set.I am very satisfied with this deal with CAS starting with dealing with sales person, and finishing with delivery today.

    Stove - haven't used it yet

    Salesman was tremendously helpful and pleasant. Order received within three days. Delivery guys were wonderful, smiley, and had a great attitude. Did the switch quickly and effortlessly and were very pleasant! Thanks!

    Bought washer

    Dave is the one who assisted us in finding the washer that fits our need. He is knowledgeable in helping with our decision. The delivery is on time as well, they did the installation and took away the old unit. I still have to know how good the washer is.

    New kitchenaid range delivery

    Good service in their Longeuil store, cordial and knowledgeable people. Overall satisfied with their service. I would use think of them next time I need to have appliances delivered. The delivery of the dishwasher was planned for a different day but they did the manage to change the date without further complications.

    Purchased and received quickly, on time and set up well

    My washing machine broke on Saturday morning. I knew that I didn't have a lot of time to wait before the laundry piled up. After a repair person came and said that it was not reparable, I drove to the Canadian Appliance Source. Dave (Whitby location) helped me select a washer quickly, that was in stock and could receive in just three days. They called me the day before it was due to be delivered and advised of my delivery window. On delivery day, the washing machine was delivered by two fast and friendly delivery men. When they left, I threw in a load of laundry and I noticed that the washer was off balance. I called back CAS and they sent the same delivery men back the next day to fix it. Orville and the other guy were great and friendly, despite having to come back. Great service all around and a new washer which works well. Couldn't be happier.

    Easiest purchase

    I went online and picked a product, i had a little chat with someone and he answered all my questions based in a good knowledge, and went to the store they were welcoming and easy going, the only concern that on the delivery form you sign that u have inspected the item where the item will be sitting unwrapped till the contractor company comes to install it, so if there is damage in there not sure how will be easy to report it to the company after u signed on the delivery form that everything is ok!!
