    Great service

    Purchased new washer needed fast delivery and we received within two days. Salesperson was knowledgeable and store is very clean with lots of floor models to look at. Will return when I replace my fridge and stove which is next on my list.

    Landry room update

    We had to change model from our first choice cause of availability but the delivery date was respected Delivery staff was friendly and respectful of us and our property and very efficient Thank you

    So fast and helpful

    Looked at many other companies to order new washer and dryer. Canadian Appliance offer a great in stock selection. With the fastest delivery. The Delivery was very smooth. Drivers were friendly polite and helpful

    New LG Washer & Dryer

    Sales rep and delivery team were excellent and a great credit to Canadian Appliance team! Loving my new machines! We appreciated the delivery personnel ensuring we knew how to operate machines before leaving. Thanks.

    Washer( not delivered yet) & dryer delivery

    I bought a washer & dryer at CAS, I paid to have them delivered and installed as well as get my old ones removed. Sadly, my washer Did NOT arrive with delivery however the dryer did come. The delivery drivers were phenomenal, kind and helpful in services and did a good job removing my old appliances and delivering the dryer atleast. He was UNable to install dryer simply because my dryer vent is still older rubber one, so he explained it to me and Ill do it myself once I receive my new washer. Thank you to those delivery men, they were helpful & efficient and ill look forward to seeing them once they get my washer in stock.

    1st Delivery Team needs training. Poor customer service

    1st delivery team refused to deliver our washer and dryer. Left us with a bad experience. 2nd delivery team, Vladimir, AJ and Chris did an excellent service. They were quick in bringing up the appliances to my unit and installation was done professionally.

    Timely and Friendly Delivery!

    Purchased a Whirlpool Upright Freezer. I started the order online, and then had the CSR call me to discuss options. To my surprise, I was able to arrange for delivery within 5 days! Paid an extra $20 to remove my 20 year old HUGE (24cu ft) chest freezer from my basement. Crew was fast and friendly. Price includes extended 4 year warranty, shipping, taxes and full removal of old appliance.

    Range, dishwasher

    They were very careful with the appliances and they made it easy and fast. They gave me time to inspect the appliances for scratches and dents. Will ask for the same guy to deliver my fridge

    Washer and Dryer

    Purchase was easy enough and they even price matched (beat) a competitor. Installation team was amazing - on time, courteous, even removed and reinstalled a door to fit the machines through. No damage to property or the machines.

    CAS is an amazing store for the right appliances!

    My mom’s fridge broke down and with the current shortage in commodities, finding a fridge, let alone any appliance is a challenge. Not so at CAS, as they had plenty of stock! I checked their website and saw that everything we wanted (she decided to change all of her appliances), and when I went to the store the next day, Muhammad helped me right away and got everything on quick order! Now, we could have had everything delivered the next day, but the delivery crew was really booked! No matter, I picked the next earliest day and they held their end of the sale!!! In fact, I had an issue with the condo elevator and the delivery crew was very helpful and gave me some extra time to get it straightened out. The appliances look great, they delivery crew was courteous and fast and they removed all of the old appliances in a jiffy! Before this order I’ve never heard of CAS, but trust me they are the REAL DEAL! The prices were great, they had huge savings on every brand and they even gave me a discount on the overall package! I recommend CAS to everyone!
