    LG Washer

    When I made the decision to buy a new washing machine, I was looking for the right store to buy it. I decided go with Canadian Appliance Source. My decision was right. Sachin Rohilla , a representative of the store, helped me choose the right brand and I decided to make the final purchase. Also delivery was on time and went very smoothly. Finally I am completely satisfied with the purchase and service. I hope that the washing machine will work without any problems for long time.

    new fridge, microwave and oven hood

    Due to COVID and shipping problems the fridge I originally purchased was delayed for 5 months and further delays were expected. The Salesman found me another fridge that was comparable and even a bit cheaper. Within days of speaking with him the new fridge was delivered. I love the fridge and I am very pleased with the two pleasant young gentlemen who delivered it.

    Product

    Josh D. quoted, confirmed stock, placed order and confirmed delivery date, all while on line. Then called for payment and all within 20 minutes. I received email confirming order. We were able to track the delivery and received at text when 15 minutes away. The delivery team was the best we have every had, set up washer and dryer, took the old ones with them.

    Replace frost free upright freezer compromized by flood.

    The delivery service, removal of existing freezer and removal of packing materials was great. Delivery personnel were polite and courteous. The Whirlpool frost free upright freezer, however, was a huge disappointment compared to the Frigidaire freezer we were losing. The design was lacking but, unfortunately, this was the model closest in capacity to what we needed replaced. If I could get one similar to what we had I would return this one.

    New fridge

    Purchased a new fridge for my home. I’m happy with the product I received and the service. There were multiple delays in the delivery date but this is likely out of the hands of the company.

    Great delivery guys

    Great guysGreat delivery guys, poor sales. Waited from july until almost November to get delivery. Sometimes CA price structures have to build in time factor to better inform consumer/buyers. Otherwise, good prices if items are readily in stock.

    24 inch wide refrigerator

    The delivery arrived when they said it would. However, it was half an hour after the super left for the day (Condo). The delivery gus knew what they were doing and no damage noted from the lobby to the elevator. Still have to wait to plug in the fridge before using. So my review may be a little premature.

    Dryer

    Sales rep was helpful, he made sure the dryer I purchased could be stacked on top of the existing washing machine of the same brand purchased over a year ago. He also sent me information on how to install the dryer. Unfortunately, Canadian Appliance do not install the dryer when purchased alone. I have yet to find someone to do it for me. Delivery man was courteous.

    Gas range purchase

    Michael was professional, articulate knowledgeable and approachable Canadian Appliance Source (CAS) sales associate. He answered all my questions as well as providing the pros and cons of each model of gas ranges. When it was time to purchase the gas range , he explained the pros and cons of warranties. I would highly recommend CAS for their knowledgeable staff, large range and inventory of appliances as well as their quick and proficient delivery service.

    Kitchen renovation

    We did kitchen renovation. We found our fridge in CAS when almost everyone else were out of stock. They are ontime, very organized and fast. From ordering online till receiving the fridge everything was communicated in a timely manner.
