    No customer service

    Be aware if you have trouble with your electro don't count on CAS to insure that your problem be resolve fast ....they will tell you to call the manufacturer and deal with it! Now they have receive your money it's no more their trouble. Even if it's been less than 30 days that you received your new electro!!

    Hello, Thank you for your review. We regret to hear that your appliance has a functional issue. Please understand that CAS is an authorized retailer, and we receive all of the appliances we sell directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging. The packaging is not removed until the appliance is presented to our customers. Therefore, CAS does not perform Quality Control testing on any of the appliances we sell. This is done by the manufacturer during the production process. As such, there are times that an appliance may experience functional issues shortly after purchase and as it is a functional issue, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. In cases like this, the manufacturer provides CAS with very specific guidelines on how to proceed. This will almost always include having the manufacturer send out a technician to assess the appliance. The technician's report is provided to the manufacturer who then determines whether or not they feel as though the appliance can be repaired or would need to be replaced. Thank you kindly, CA, CAS

    Great experience.

    Great service, great pricing. On time delivery. Fully satisfied from start to finish. Stuff arrived on time and great delivery service as well. Thank you CAS for making this easy and painless process.

    Washer & Dryer

    I was satisfied with the 7 new kitchen appliances purchased this past summer so I went back to get a washer and dryer. Antonio is a knowledgeable sales agent and the delivery tracking system and team were great.

    No hassle - couldn’t have been easier

    Bought online. The whole purchase process took less than ten minutes. Delivery was smooth. The only issue that I had is that they didn’t call to give a delivery time.

    Product

    Very professional service, definitely the best appliance store in Ottawa, were helpful all of the time. Delivery was scheduled perfectly and the delivery people were quick and professional. The delivery took no more than one hour, recommend CAS to a friend and they had the same experience, would definitely recommend again.

    New Appliances

    Pros: Kept me informed of arrival time. The two delivery guys were very good. Very watchful not to damage my appliances. Covid friendly. Con. They did not plug or hook any of my appliances. Fridge, stove, washer and dryer. I literally had to pull the fridge and stove back out, just to plug them in. Not good.

    Refrigerator delivery

    The delivery men were competent, quick, and polite. They took care of removing and reinstalling doors to both the house and the refrigerators with no damage to either. They used PPE properly, and were very polite to me, my husband, and our children and were not annoyed at the children watching intently. The Frigidaire model was more basic than I thought from the photos and the drawers are a bit flimsy feeling, but you get what you pay for.

    Installed new washer and dryer

    Was very happy with their service. They handled the removal of the old washer and dryer and installed the new ones while making sure that everything was working properly before they left. Great guys...

    Quick sale

    Did my research online. Quick sale in person at CAS sales rep ok - I knew what I wanted and he executed. I was surprised he didn’t offer to show me other machines. He seemed a bit preoccupied But competitive pricing as good selection of dryers.

    Appliances

    Purchased Fridge, a stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Peter was very helpful in getting me a good deal. The delivery guys were very courteous. Will recommend Canadian Appliance store to people
