    Supper happy with my new appliances. They have this elegant look and it matches perfectly with my new kitchen. Delivery personnel has amazing. Very excited to be in my new kitchen with all new appliances. Thank you!

    gas stove

    Had issue with oven for a few years. Then on the weekend the oven stopped working. Due to age of the stove we decided to purchase a new one. Did some research online and found one that we liked. Called in and was told I could place the order over the phone and we were told that the item was in stock. Within a few minutes the order was placed and delivery to be in two days. We received an email the night before confirming the delivery window. The delivery was on time and the delivery guys were nice and professional. Would definitely purchase other appliances here in the future.

    Bosch Dishwasher

    Visited the Canadian Appliance Source store in Etobicoke looking for a replacement dishwasher. The showroom was clean and well outfitted. The salesperson was friendly. I chose a dishwasher and received what I believe was a fair price. I brought the dishwasher home with me that day. The reason for the poor review is for the extended warranty program they offer through a company called W3 Solutions. The brochure (and salesman) indicate 'Fast Repair' and peace of mind, but, after about 14 months our Bosch dishwasher needed service. I was very frustrated that It took almost two weeks to have a technician dispatched to our house, and after a very brief visit when the technician diagnosed the issue as a faulty pump, it took close to three additional weeks to get the part and schedule another appointment to complete the repair. Now, about 6 months later, we've encountered the exact same issue and I've had to start all over with another warranty claim. Once again it will be almost two weeks from the time I filed the claim until a technician will come to make the initial visit. Canadian Appliance Source hasn't been at all responsive when presented with these timelines. I can't say that any other retailers or their extended warranty programs are any better, but I have been very disappointed in how eager they were to sell the extended warranty but have no interest in following up to ensure customers are satisfied with the service. They've lost this customer and I wanted to share my experience.

    Replacing failing kitchen components

    Fridge died after 20+ years of use. Needed a new one immediately. Shopped around and saw that Canadian Appliance Source had a model we liked and was in stock. Little wait time ideal, as Covid-19 has put a delay on some goods. Buying ice and filling our coolers only works for so long. Chris was very helpful in closing out this deal and delivering on date promised.

    Electric range

    I negotiated an excellent price for my purchase and the item was in stock which is unusual during Covid. The item was delivered two days later. I researched the product myself before the purchase. The sales staff do not know the particulars of what they are selling, so doing your own research is imperative.

    Great service and the delivery guys were exceptional! Nice fellas!

    Ordered a new Electroluz washer and dryer. Came when requested and the delivery guys were awesome. Super friendly and made quick work on the installation and old product removal. Highly recommended!

    Property Services

    Thank you for getting us our appliances in less than a week after waiting 4 months with our old provider. We were amazed at the speed of service and the very reasonable pricing.

    purchase of a dishwasher

    I went to the store to purchase a dishwasher. The sales assistant was very polite and he had no problems answering all my many questions. Even when I wanted to have a 2nd & 3rd look at some of the dishwashers he had already shown me, he showed me them again without getting upset. I would recommend his service and the store to anyone needing to buy an appliance.

    Whirlpool range

    Awesome service!

    Needed a new fridge and have always had great service from CAS. Saw Som at the Merivale Store and he was about to order us what we needed. This pandemic has caused a shortage in inventory, but we were able to find what we needed.
