    Appliance purchase, removal of old appliances and installation

    I have purchased from Canadian Appliance for a few years. They never disappoint from the moment you speak to a sales person to the delivery and installation of the product their service is exceptional.

    Purchase, delivery and installation of a washer and Dryer

    Thank you Avil for helping me select a suitable washer/dryer combination. The system fit into my limited laundry space. Delivery and installation of the unit was on time with no complications.. I will be back to buy a stove in the next month or two.

    New electric range

    The range was delivered, unpacked and carried into our kitchen in a safe & efficient manner. The two delivery men were polite, patient and friendly. They are a credit to your company.

    Overall great experience

    The delivery guys were incredible! Very professional, quick and efficient. Only frustration was at the CAS store you only work with your consultant and if they are away the day an issue comes up, other employees are not willing to help other than to leave a message for your consultant when they return. Unfortunate that they can’t work together or help each other out. And unfortunate that your consultant doesn’t always get back to you.

    Great prices and good service

    Ordered washer, dryer combo (Samsung) to be delivered the next week. Everything went smoothly. Except I did find the responses from the online chat support could be a bit slow. The next day my fridge started dying. So I was able to order another fridge through them. They waived the install fee and linked the fridge to my previous order so that everything would be delivered at the same time. Everything went smoothly except the first customer service rep through online chat told me I needed to contact my original sales rep and my original sales rep did not respond to my call/email. So I called on the number and spoke to a new sales rep and he got everything set up and when I emailed him on the scheduled delivery day to confirm the fridge was coming he got back to me right away. The actual delivery was on time and it was great being able to track them on the day of delivery. The delivery team was quick, careful and efficient. They took all the packaging with them after installing (I paid for install). They left the old water hoses and dryer tube behind. I’m not sure if that is standard? Overall very happy with this business.

    New refrigerator

    It was a very fast and simple transaction. The delivery was on time and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you for a great job.

    Service

    The delivery guys are awesome! They did a great job! I will recommend the CAS to our friends and Family For sure we will get a over the range microwave shortly after our stove comes.

    Appliance purchase and delivery

    From purchase to delivery, top notch with Sales person Mr Patel to excellent delivery service. Would definitely recommend! Purchase was done at the Kitchener store and delivery to Howdenvale Bay without a hitch!

    Wine Cooler Purchase and Delivery

    The entire experience chain with Canadian Appliance Source was exceptional. From the knowledgeable and friendly salesperson through to the personable delivery team. I was kept well informed by text and email, especially for the timing on delivery day. I will be calling them first for my next appliance purchase.

    Great to deal with

    I have been dealing with CAS for the past 6-7 years. Their prices are always competitive and they actually have items in stock. I would deal with them again should the need arise.
