    great overall experice

    Great experience from sales to delivery - very happy with these folks . The sales folks really helped land on the appliances that we needed, delivery was on time and with no issues. recommend to anyone!

    Fast and timely. No issues.

    Our 36” fridge was delivered exactly when we wanted it in great condition. Communication was accurate and easy to follow. The delivery guys were polite and careful. Would happily order again.

    Our New Fridge

    Kitchen appliances

    Very happy with the price of products And help collecting the proper appliances. I only rated eight out of 10 stars as everything seem to be delayed which was a bit of a hassle

    Washer and Dryer

    Prompt delivery of washers and dryers. Technicians were courteous. Very cooperative and did a Good Job. Installation was done professionally. They picked up used washer and dryer without any problem.

    Laundry & kitchen

    Ryan and Devon were the best delivery people I have ever had. Courteous, clean, fast and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves, removed their shoes, and took all cardboard and strapping. They were a pleasure to meet.

    Deceptive sales and poor communication

    Terrible, deceptive, greedy company. Purchased a range and fridge back in the winter of 2021. After being told I need to pay in full to ensure I could reserve my units I did exactly that. After delaying my original delivery date due to construction delays I went to reorganize a delivery time only to find out they had sold my units to someone else and that they could no longer deliver anything as the units are on backorder. Tried calling but it is impossible to speak to any reasonable person there. They had the audacity to imply it was my fault for not returning one of their messages soon enough. I had always assumed when you pay for something it becomes yours but that concept does not ring true with Canadian Appliances. Still waiting for the backorder which keeps getting pushed back....
