    Deceptive, costly, and worthless - DON'T BUY HERE

    The 1st washer/dryer combo came with a huge dent, and the energy guide sticker-covered it. We called, and they ordered The 2nd replacement, which was on backorder a couple of weeks later it came, and it also didn't work! A repair person came and said the circuit board needed replacement. It's brand new, and still, it doesn't work!!!! Canadian Appliance Source doesn't take ownership of their issue, and they will not do anything to compensate and take responsibility for their customers. All the time taken off work has been significant and costly in addition. I'm now told it will still take a few weeks to get a new part to repair the Lemon they sold us. So SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FUNDS... SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

    Appliances

    Great follow-up and smooth delivery into a tight condo. They were fast and did a good clean up of the packing material. Would use them for any future purchases again.

    Product

    Excellent virtual purchase, very clear instructions to be ready for delivery, amazing virtual software for customer to follow up during delivery date, excellent attention by delivery people. I recommend this company based in my today experience buying a stove.

    New Cottage appliances

    I ordered a new stove and fridge for my cottage and they arrived on time and in great shape. I have used CAS multiple times and am always surprised by how quickly they are able to deliver their products

    Asset to CAS THE DRIVERS WERE AWESOME

    Not a scratch or dent those GENTLEMEN you have working for you are an asset to your company. I love ❤️ My new appliances so happy hope they clean as good as they look.

    Freezer purchase and delivery fro CAS

    Impressed with purchase as operator gave me her extension to call back if needed. Excellent communication re delivery window by phone text and email. Delivery personnel were exceptional taking great care not to damage anything. I would buy from this company again.

    New gas stove and refrigerator

    I bought my appliances online, had no problem with it and the delivery guys were amazing, got the big fridge in the house even when it looked impossible to do it! Thank you!

    Kitchen renovation

    First time buying with CAS and I have had an excelente experience with the store in times when COVID seems to delay everything. In a week I bought my appliances and I had them delivered.

    Upright Freezer

    Knowledgable, informed salesperson who has good depth and breadth of product knowledge, including after sales detailed information regarding warranty coverage. Questions were all objectively answered without unnecessary, off-putting sales banter. Freezer was delivered punctually and our old freezer was removed for disposal without further ado.

    New fridge freezer

    Delivery took a while to schedule due to COVID-induced shortages, but they kept me well informed. Delivery was reached on an App and was right on time. The delivery crew were excellent and got it into place and removed my old fridge freezer efficiently.
