    Washer and dryer

    Installation team with the washer had difficulty installing second team installing the dryer with the pedestal were quick and knowledgable The biggest problem was notification when the product was in I was notified by email and by phone a month earlier when the product wasn’t in but asking me for a delivery time and then when the product was in I was called again talk to somebody in Montreal and they hung up in the middle of the conversation just a suggestion it would be a lot easier if one entity would contact the customer

    Great Fast Convenient

    Ordered the washing machine, (it was in stock) and arranged delivery for the next week. Driver phoned at 8:30 am and arrived on schedule. Carried machine up one flight of stairs, installed in 10 or 15 my minutes. Took the iodine away and they were finished. Had a load going 5 minutes later. Big tub, easy controls , quiet process. Great product great service

    Great service

    Purchase was great, customer service was very much a priority for Brandi - she was amazing. Delivery was flawless. A truck tracking app so I could watch the truck on its way to me. The delivery guys were so polite and very helpful. Took extreme care of the appliances and install the stackable washer and dryer in minutes.

    Never have what they say they have in stock

    They always have the items in stock when you buy and pay them at the time of delivery they don’t show up and you check why then they Covid is to blame for the delays and that the items we ordered are not in and they estimate they will arrive soon but they ask you to pay in full anyway…want a refund instead, they make you work for it and make you wait and wait…terrible service and terrible company stay away…

    Kitchen and Laundry appliances

    My rep got me a good deal on 6 appliances and kept in touch. I compared costs against others and got best deal. Despite delays due to backordered situation , my rep Josh kept me informed. Got 4 appliances and awaiting last two appliances.

    Appliances procured and delivered (2 stoves, 1 dw and 1 fridge)

    Great and attentive service by Salesperson on Dufflaw. Delivery on time and delivery folks were courteous and attentive. Seamless delivery. Would and have recommended CAS to friends and family. Price match and better. I and my immediate family have procured numerous appliances from CAS.

    Purchase of five appliances

    I needed to replace old worn out appliances and settled on CAS as the preferred provider. Their showroom was very convenient and made it easy for me to ensure the appliances I selected would fit into my residence. The sale representatives we very helpful and their system of ordering appliances was very thorough and easily completed. From purchase to delivery and set up was three days. The delivery associates were punctual to the time given for delivery. They were very careful with handling all the appliances and ensuring that my residence was not damaged.

    Great experience start to finish

    Shopped online call me to help with a search for a specific sized gas dryer. He gave me the few options i was unable to find and worked with me to get a good price. Delivery guys were awesome and made it great.

    Great experience from online purchase to quick delivery!

    Washer/Dryer

    The sales person was knowledgeable and quick with my many questions, which I appreciated. The delivery/install was smooth, even after they noticed I was missing a part. They quickly figured out a solution and I am so appreciative of their extra effort.
