    Electric range

    Delivery men very courteous and helpful. Were respectful and wore masks . Took care upon handling my range and removal of my old one .I would recommend their service for future delivery

    Whirlpool stove

    Good price and model choice but long covid delay. Delivery and function good. Happy to recommend to others for service except for little communication during delay. Should have been calling us.

    Appliance

    From the day I walked in to the store to purchase the appliances to the delivery day, I received impeccable services. I strongly appreciated anyone’s involvement especially the coordination made by Gabriel!!

    Kitchen renovation

    The delivery service first refused to deliver the fridge to the second floor. I paid for a third man to come on the second trip and the fridge was delivered successfully. I think this should have been anticipated in the first trip. The guys who arrived on the second trip were just great!

    Dryer purchase

    Salesperson Najeem was courteous and returned my calls quickly. Dryer took some time to come in, however, when it did, there was a problem with the payment of my balance which caused me stress. Upon investigation, it wasn't the credit card company but rather an error done by someone in Customer Service. Even though delivery times are approximate, I was perturbed that the delivery took 45 minutes longer than the estimated time as I had an appointment to get to. Overall though, it wasn't a bad experience.

    Great Experience

    We got a new Washer, Dryer and Gas range. The entire process was smooth. Fair price and quick delivery. Finding in stock appliances during the pandemic isn’t always easy but Canadian Appliance Source was able to have the models we wanted delivered in under a week.

    Great experience overall!

    The saleswoman at CAS was very friendly and efficient. I had an inquiry the next day so I called and the gentleman with whom I spoke went above and beyond (setting up a tracker so I could see when the delivery would arrive etc). The delivery was hassle free and I was notified the day before, an hour before and 10 minutes before they arrived. The delivery men respected all COVID safety guidelines, they were punctual, and very friendly and helpful. My elderly mother is pleased with the product as well.

    Stove

    The salesman in the store was polite and helpful. The delivery went smoothly, and the delivery personnel were pleasant, polite and helpful. The stove hasn't been hooked up yet, but so far I have absolutely not complaints.

    Dishwasher

    Dishwasher was purchased at CAS and delivered within a 2-week period which was much sooner than expected. We were very impressed with the service provided by both sales and delivery teams and would recommend CAS for appliance purchases based on our experience. Thank you.

    Upright freezer

    I ordered my freezer on a Sunday and it was delivered 4 days later when everywhere is a 3 months wait! And the 2 gentleman that delivered were super friendly and efficient!.
