Our old Jenn-Air 48" built-in side-by-side refrigerator stopped working. We needed a new fridge quickly. We searched and found very little choice available. We located a "floor model" at the Canadian Appliance Source location in Etobicoke. My wife drove down from our home in Maple to check it out. It looked pretty good. She ordered it, arranged through CAS for removal of the old fridge (the next day), delivery (the day after that) & installation (in 1 week) of the new one and paid a deposit. We had to pay the balance the same day. The following day 2 guys showed up to remove our old fridge. They stood there looking like deer in headlights and said they didn't know how to remove a fridge like ours. They left and we had to remove our own fridge as the new fridge was coming the next day! How inept is that? The delivery and installation went OK. It was only when I went to register our fridge that I discovered that, because the company that CAS uses exclusively to remove and install fridges was not a Jenn-Air Certified Installer we would not be getting the free 1 year extended warranty. This was worth $279.99 + HST. Jenn-Air told me there was nothing they could do as we had to use a certified installer. I emailed our salesman, Imran, but he just said that that was the only installer they used. He offered to SELL me that extended warranty at a discount. I suggested that the only reason I could come up with for this situation was that CAS only got "referral fees" from that installer but not from Jenn-Air certified installers. Looks like small claims court is the next step! Seems like the many 1 star reviewers were right - this company only cares about today's sale, not the customer, not after-sales-service, not future sales, just money today.

Ordered a new fridge, assisted by the very knowledgeable Mohammad from the Halifax store (even though I'm in Ontario). Delivery was delayed to to COVID shortages, but as soon as they had one in stock, I was contacted and delivery was arranged. This went very smoothly and I'm very happy with the service.

For the 3rd time our fridge Was acting up. So we decided to buy a new fridge. We began looking and realized that it was not easy to find it availability. CAS was the Only vendor who could offer next day service for the fridge we wanted. The service was amazing, the cost was a match for the lowest price we found elsewhere, warranty was affordable, and the delivery was timely. While the delivery missed the promised window by 2 1/2 hours, it was still days earlier than any competitor could deliver a fridge!

Appliances were as priced on website, only $80 off a $3000 purchase though, so don’t expect the multiple item discount the website describes. They did arrive exactly on time and the delivery guys were super fast, efficient and careful.

Whtby location sales person was great. Our mistake in ordering a refrigerator that was too big, helped us to rectify the situation. Delivery process went very smoothly, narrow window of time for delivery and easy to track on line. I would recommend this location.

I ordered a new stove over the phone on Monday and it was just delivered on Wednesday. So easy. Bought the same one from Home Depot in July and they couldn't deliver until Oct so I cancelled. I'll buy all my new appliances from CAS from now on!

Salesperson attended to our needs with utmost care and showed the range of products within our budget. Ensured that the products were in stock and that the delivery could be effected within the time limits. Delivery was puntual and the staff was very professional. Very positive experience and dealing, full recommendations.

Salesman was exceptional, listening to my criteria for choosing a model and providing very competitive pricing for available options. He was very honest and transparent in responding to my questions. Delivery guys were also exceptional ... old one out and new one in with no damage & some tips to slide product & remove sticky residue (if needed). Everyone was very friendly and professional. Now ... let's hope the product is a good :-)

Salesman was very friendly told us exactly what the situation was that the delivery would be delayed. It came sooner than expected. So far we’ve had the fridge two days no problems too early to comment on Future problems.

CAS very efficient. From email, telephone communication on day prior to delivery and Tracking on day of delivery. Ivan and Terrence also very efficient. Removal of old Appliance and Installation all within 20 minutes.
