    A reliable store!

    I bought a fridge from Canadian appliance source. The salesman is professional and friendly. The delivery is punctual and reliable. They did a great job! I would recommend this store to my friends.

    Purchase New House - Purchase all appliances for kitchen

    I have a narrow front entrance door. The delivery fellow had to remove the fridge doors and had to removed the front door at no extra cost and then put everything back together. The brought back all of the packaging. Excellent service.

    Appliance Purchase

    Good prices and really excellent customer service response. Purchase process was convenient, 10/10. Delivery was also quick and painless. My only qualm was that we had ordered our appliances based on the website's expected availability window, which was 2-7 business days but our appliances were delayed by well over a week. I understand that this may be a cause by manufacturer, but CAS should be slightly more accurate with this information.

    Fridge delivery

    Purchased a fridge and had it delivered to ma country home. Very satisfaire with the delivery service, which respectes the the delivery time frame, was efficient and the delivery personnel eas very polite

    Washer and dryer

    We purchased a washer and dryer from CAS. Overall, it was a positive experience. Sales was completed online through chat and phone. Delivery and installation was a challenge, given the smaller door sizes of an older home and challenging stairs configuration, delivery crew managed to figure put a way to get it done.

    Disappoint that is was up to me get dryer anad washer on to their respective pedestals. To me without this it constitutes only a partial delivery.

    Could not believe the delivery did not include putting the washer and dryer on the pedestals they came. Extremely disappointed!!!!! Seems I was sold a bill of goods on the delivery option.

    Easy service

    The salespeople were easy to communicate with and not pushy at all. My only complaint is that they could have gone a little further on one small detail - the stackable washer and dryer. While I accounted for the height of the washer and dryer I didn’t account for the extra inch the stacking bracket added, and as a result I’ll have to eat the restocking fee and order a new set. They send you a verification list and encourage you to double check the specs so at the end of the day, it’s ultimately my fault, but I wish they went just a bit further.

    ThinQ Stove, Washing machine and Dryer

    Received my order in great condition and on time, was notified 4 hours before delivery of my order, delivery men were courteous and polite. Looking forward to ordering my new fridge from them in a few months.

    Appliance Delivery

    The two gentlemen from the delivery company, LTi Logistics, were excellent! They were efficient and friendly and installed my new washing machine quickly. They certainly knew what they were doing! Great job!

    Samsung gaz range

    Great customer service and follow up from sales agent. He answered my questions every time I wtote to him. The delivery service was on time. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
