    My delivery date came while we were having a snow storm. The deliver was on time and the workers were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. All the questions I had were answered without any difficulty. All bits and pieces were removed and my laundry room was left very tidy and ready to be put to use. Thank you.

    Excellent sales and delivery

    Professional sales and delivery service, frequent updates on status as my item is back ordered due to COVID-19. Only thing if I was able to see the actual product in person, I would go up one model for the slightly different look, but unavailable anywhere at the time when I placed my order. All the staff I dealt with including sales and delivery are very nice and professional.

    Kitchen

    The store kept me updated at all times with my delivery and delay. The gentleman who delivered my appliances were very friendly helpful and pleasant. Will definitely recommend them. I am one very satisfied customer!

    New Home Build

    Awesome experience all around and best pricing. Back up the truck and start the car!!! You wont find a better appliance store or better staff. The Tiffany's of service. Marc Prieur was exceptional.

    The crew in the store and the delivery man are so awesome...they are very approachable and professional its nice to back later for another purchasing...their product are cheap and absolutely awesome

    Beware of delivery charges!

    The delivery charge I was quoted online was 109.95. In order to have my item delivered they now want to charge me $625.00. Their excuse is the trucking company they used previously is no longer in business. So I am on the hook for their inability to procure a reasonably priced delivery company and their inability to honour their website promises.

    Whirlpool All Fridge

    I needed a new fridge and I called CAS. Not only were they helpful, but extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The purchase was easy and the delivery team was fantastic. I would highly recommend checking out CAS, you will be pleasantly surprised.

    Washer and Dryer

    Ordered washer/dryer online and got a call right away from sales associate eho helped me get a good deal. Delivery was on time and quick. Great service and happy with process!

    Lg instaview range

    Great customer service from start to finish. When I called Canadian appliance the first 2 times, customer service was lacking but then I called a 3rd time and spoke to Tom. He was so knowledgeable and helped me find everything I was looking for.

    Product

    Good job time efficient from the start to finish Andrew Lee the salesman was very helpful and beared with my questions and I had plenty of questions.of-course one has to ask to be sure it’s going to be the product I need and want I hope it lasts longer than my last washing machine.
