    LG washer

    In general the service is good and smooth . Representative is polite and professional . Delivery date is precise and on time . Installation and service is good . Price is competitive .

    New appliances

    Amit was helpful during our purchase of our replacement appliances. He let us know due to manufacturing days because of the pandemic that it would take some time for delivery which we accepted because we were not in a rush. Good prices, service & delivery.

    Washer Purchase and Delivery

    20 minutes to purchase and total of 4 days it was installed and up and running. I am happy. The Samsung washer should do nicely. Great first load of laundry!

    new range

    we have shopped before at canadian appliance source and we have been happy with the product and the sales person we dealt with which is why i went back when we needed a new range

    Stove

    Had fire in old stove and called CAS and was able to get the new stove that we wanted delivered within 3 days ... we were extremely lucky that it was in stock. Sales rep was terrific.

    Great experience with sales and delivery

    Recieved our Maytag washer today. From purchase to delivery no complaints. Nick was pleasant to work with in sales, and offered us a great deal. Delivery was a bit outside the window, but the guys did a fantastic job hauling out our old washer and bringing the new one to our second floor laundry room and installing it. Very happy with the whole experience. Now, just hope Maytag lives up to its reputation!

    SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR

    My fridge died and I was desperate but didn’t want to end up with a dud. Everyone told me, due to Covid, it would take 6 months to get delivery of a new refrigerator. Well, one competitor said this same fridge could not be delivered until May (3 months). I got it delivered the next day by Canadian Appliance Source. Delivery was phenomenal, by two very strong men who removed my old fridge and brought in the new one set in place, all within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

    Delivery and Hookup of LG Washer & Dryer Team

    Canadian Appliance Source was the only store that allowed me to talk with a "LIVE" agent (George Spasioti) who could answer questions about delivery during Covid19 lockdown in Toronto. CAS matched (and actually gave me me $20 off the LG washer & dryer price. CAS delivered exactly when they said they would. Clear instructions about disconnecting the washer & dryer so that they were ready to be hauled away. " White Glove" delivery service technicians were amazing! They had to remove the pump from my screen door and the 2 guys very efficiently finished hookup and testing in 20 minutes before they left.

    Samsung washing machine

    I bought a brand new washing machine from CAS and the sales rep that I spoke with was very professional and helpful. It was delivered exactly on the day that I was told it would be delivered. Delivery guys were very professional and efficient.

    Product

    We gave old fridge to our sons and buy a new one. Extremely satisfy with the delivery service, very professional. It’s nice knowing that à son and a dad are working together
