    New appliances

    Great overall experience from Roger (sales personnel) to the delivery team. Roger provided us helpful information in choosing the right appliances for us. Once we decided what we wanted/needed, it took less than 24 hours from ordering to our new range and refrigerator to our kitchen. The delivery team were professional and quick!! Thank you CAS!!

    dual range

    Very pleased with my purchase of GE dual range and service provided by Canadian Appliance. Service was fast and efficient sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Delivery crew were polite and pleasant .

    Purchased a refrigerator

    I purchased a fridge during Covid, couldn’t really see to feel what I was buying. Nick helped me decide and purchase a refrigerator. Delivery came when it was supposed to, we had to remove my front door and struggled to get it inside and the old one outside. The delivery team was very accommodating and professional.

    Washing machine

    Ordered and delivered without problem. Two workers were polite and professional. Cleaned up after the job, leveled the machine and did an itial water test. Satisfied so far but have not had time to run the machine yet.

    New range and microwave

    Shopped around and got a great price and was helped to find the appropriate sized appliances. I would recommend them. The website was a little busy. Over all I would rate them a 9 or a 10

    Good service

    Just bought washer 2 days ago had it delivered it looks great. Delivery was on time and they took our old washer away. Wifi was set up in no time. Ok

    Washing machine

    Awesome company to deal with. Very polite very friendly and very helpful Unable to go into store because of pandemic but I was able to purchase what I need with all the assurance I was getting a great product

    Electric range LG6325

    Bought range in November. Was back ordered but salesman kept us well informed of progress and provided options. Was informed oven would arrive by March. Was pleasantly surprised that it arrived February 9th. Delivery was arranged within 3 days. Delivery personnel were prompt and professional.

    Delivery guys were awesome. Jay and Mikey, thanks for a smooth swap of our old washer for a new one. Amit at the store did a great job as salesman.

    replace washing machine

    I needed to replace a 13 year old washing machine. The sales rep gave me two options based on availability, dimensions, and two features that were important to me. The delivery was arranged and on time and trouble free.
