    Whirlpool washer & dryer

    Bought online and delivered on time. Quick and no hassle. Online people were helpful. Delivery guys were awesome. I will recommend using Canadian Appliance Source and LTi Ligistics to friends and family.

    Dishwasher order

    After our current dishwasher died, Katelyn and her team had my first choice replacement ordered and delivered in just 2 days. Excellent selection, competitive prices, amazing service. Could not reccomend them more!

    Kitchen

    Excellent and fast service considering the current Covid conditions. The delivery guys had done their job fast and very clean. Very helpful and courteous. There were in and out in less than 20 minutes and had done the job immaculately.

    They do not Stand by the products they sell

    Purchased Washer Dryer Electrolux Delivery was good but the stacker kit was missing pieces (all stickers to place on top of dryer) Did not get option to look over units. First used same day as delivery the washer was jumping up and down on spin and started leaking from bottom of unit. Called CAS and was told to call Electrolux. We called Electrolux and was told from computer voice they were not taking calls at this time. Tried for few days. Been a over a week but no answer from CAS or Electrolux Don't understand why they couldn't replace the washer as they have plenty in stock and send back to Electrolux. Customer service from a large appliance dealer should be better

    Excellent service, as usual.

    I am happy returning customer. We ordered kitchen appliances in 2018, and now our washer decided to quit, during lockdown. Luckily it was an easy choice to address this situation, CAS. I called Chris Groleau at Ottawa store, he helped us with previous purchases, and three days later we got a new shining washer. Delivery and installation was fast and efficient. Keep up a great work!

    Great service and quick delivery

    We ordered our washer on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday! The delivery people were great too and took our old washer. Very happy customer. I would recommend Canadian appliance source!

    New fridge

    We have dealt with CAS for many years, procuring a number of appliance for home and rental use. Reasonable prices and good delivery service. Removal and disposal of old appliances at a very reasonable cost.

    Customer experience

    Purchased a new fridge and despite slow manufacturing conditions due to pandemic our appliance came arrived exactly when our sales rep said it would. No pressure sales. Good follow through with their delivery carrier.

    Dishwasher

    needed a new dishwasher so I contacted Gladwyne whom we had used previously to purchase a fridge and with Covid on it all had to be done on line and by phone.
