    Washing machine

    Awesome customer service by phone. The agent answered al of my questions and set up my order for me. The delivery was very quick, especially during the pandemic! Delivery was quick and simple...done in 20 mins. I was very impressed with the customer service....haven’t tried the washing machine yet.

    delivery

    our fridge got delivered by LTI logistics, they have real time tracking so you know when you will get your delivery. Orville and his his assistant were fully dressed in the proper PPE. They brought in the new fridge and removed the old one with the greatest of ease. They were friendly and courteous

    purchase of clothes dryer

    Needed new dryer. Because of Covid-19 many appliances were backordered. I phoned Canadian Appliance source and spoke to Hamandeep who helped me find an excellent dryer that was in stock. He arranged quick delivery with installation and removal of the old dryer. Now, two days later, I can get back to washing and drying clothes. I am extremely pleased with the company and the sales associate. My next major appliance purchase will also be from this company.

    Appliance Replacement Success

    I had a pleasant experience with Canadian Appliance Source. They are conveniently located, off the highway, and offer Delivery as well. Great Service and affordable prices! I would recommend CAS to anyone in need of replacing their appliances.

    Fridge

    No other store would take away the old fridge and deliver a new fridge. As I don't have a dolly at home and I'm a towering 5'3" I really appreciate the customer service. The sales guy spoke to me on the phone (not just chat) and really knew his stuff. So, I'm happy. Legit service. Still don't know if the fridge works mind you, since I haven't plugged it in.

    New Washer & Dryer

    Purchased a new Electrolux washer and dryer. Had delivery within 3 days. Installation was exactly on time, quick, clean, friendly, and thorough. They even removed my old machines. Not a scratch, dent or any concerns.

    Kitchen Renovation

    Purchased all new appliances for our brand new kitchen. Sales service was excellent, considering we were not allowed to go into the store, Rebecca was very helpful in the selection process and recommendations that she made to finalize our decision on which appliances to buy. Although we have experienced delays in delivery due to lack of inventory from the manufacturer, Rebecca went above and beyond to ensure that we are able to get all of our appliances as soon as possible.

    Refrigerator purchase.

    Competitive price and delivery was on time with a warning call. Everything went smoothly including removal of old appliance and changing the door to a left hinge. Inventory was large enough to allow for my special sizing to fit an apartment.
