    It was so simple to choose a product with the help of the sale staff. And it was so simple to make a change later with Customer care staff. very pleasant experience indeed and a professional.

    Laundry appliances

    Exceptional customer service, timely delivery. I am very happy with sales representative. He gave me excellent price and kept me informed about the status of my order. He also was able to upgrade my dryer to a new model at no cost!

    Bosch Dishwasher

    Delivery on time and friendly courteous delivery guys. CAS store at Woodbridge has helpful and friendly team. Dylan is our sales rep, he keeps you inform all the time, our appliances didn't arrive on time because of pandemic and it did arrive in multiple deliveries. Dylan kept us informed and was available to answer all our inquiries. Still waiting on Fridge that was supposed to arrive mid Dec but new date is Jan 22, 2021. This is a great place to shop, I will go back again in future for my appliances needs.

    Bosch dishwasher purchase

    Web site is fairly easy to use, but it's quite annoying to have the chat window constantly popping up when all you want to do is research and compare products. However, this company did offer the best price of several suppliers I looked at and included delivery & removal of the old machine. When I finally did use the chat window, the conversation with the salesman was good; my questions were answered, and when I decided to buy, I immediately received a phone call to confirm details. I did give in to the salesman's strong advice to buy an extended warranty, but having spoken with my installer (see Modern Appliance here on HomeStars -- the best!) I have decided to cancel it per the 30-day time allowance. The fulfillment process was flawless. Delivery was promised Friday; an automated phone call and an e-mail Thursday allowed me to confirm that the date and time was right. Delivery was on time and the guy was polite. However, I would have preferred that he either take off his boots or put on some kind of indoor overshoe. Not a big deal, as the weather was good that day.

    Refrigerator purchase

    The sales staff was okay. My questions were answered and calls returned in a timely fashion. The delivery was quick and the service people were efficient. My only concern was that the staff did not have masks. They had bandannas. I provided them with proper masks but I think the delivery company should do this for their staff.

    Washer dryer

    Happy with my purchase, so far. Delivery was excellent, they followed covid precautions . Installation was done, they were very accommodating with my request to check for balancing of both machines.

    Fridge

    Discovered this great website and spoke with a very helpful salesperson (Jorden) on the phone and at the showroom. Lots of stock available, delivery service with live tracking. Delivery personnel (3 guys!) efficient and friendly.

    Very quick

    Considering the times we are living in this came quickly. Very happy with the online service. Great lady. The delivery guys were so so. Not the best that’s for sure

    Appliance purchase

    We purchased a washer and dryer from CAS and three days later, it was delivered. The salesperson was professional and thorough. They provided all the information about the product that we needed to make the right decision. The washer and dryer were delivered on the scheduled day and the delivery went very well.
