    Fast and seamless service

    The cost includes delivery, installation and HST. It was easier to buy a new washer, online, from CAS than for any large appliance purchases I've made from a store in the past. The delivery and installation costs were also very reasonable and the washer was delivered within two days of purchase.

    No after purchase customer care for when things go wrong

    I would give zero stars if I could. First off the sales associate gave me incorrect info about the appliance and when I emailed him after he asked me how could be expected to know as they sell "thousands of appliances". Also, my fridge was delivered without the screw assembly kit and I have been talking to CAS for the last three weeks to try and get one sent out. Finally I called electrolux again today and was told it will be several more weeks. CAS is doing nothing to help me or give me a quick exchange so that I don't have to have a fridge without handles for two months. They then finally sent me parts but they were the incorrect parts (wrong size) and only sent 2 when clearly there are 3 handles requiring 4 parts each. Now they keep saying I have to deal with electrolux directly and they cannot do an exchange or expedite the parts to me. This company is terrible. I think the only way they could get good reviews is if you're lucky enough to have your appliance delivered intact - but the real test of a company is their customer service when something goes wrong. The sales associate (Ahmed from Scarborough) has not replied to my emails and all I get are generic replies from customer service saying the parts and services department has been contacted and I need to wait to hear. I would purchase these parts elsewhere if I could but they are not available at regular stores or on amazon or parts places. It is maddening. They don't care - I spent over 3K on a fridge a month ago and still don't have the parts to complete its assembly. Do not go here. From now on I will only purchase from Costco or the Bay or a larger department store where they take customer service seriously. Just before this fridge I had ordered one from Costco but it turned out the online measuresments were incorrect - when I called Costco they immediately sent someone to pick it up - no questions asked. Meanwhile CAS has done nothing to correct this issue and won't even allow me to return it until Electrolux contacts me and arranges tocome and do an inspection of the fridge. This company is horrible. They want to sell you an appliance and then have nothing to do with any issues that arise. Stay away!!

    Profesional friendly servoce

    Prompt professional service. The purchasing process was simple. The delivery was on time. The delivery team was friendly, polite and wasted no time to deliver our appliances to the room indicated. I recommend them anyrime

    Product and delivery

    I bought all 5 LG appliances from CAS , all were in stock and delivery was on time and in a professional way. Better price and very professional and sales person who really know the items .

    Excellent customer experience

    CAS offered me the best price for the appliances I wanted to purchase. I was notified about the delivery via SMS on the day prior and once the truck was on its way to my house. Everything went smoothly, the whole experience was absolutely great.

    New build, all new appliances

    We ordered all our appliances in September for a January delivery and everything was delivered in time. CAS set us up with a company that hires an installer as well and this work out very well. Delivery guys were courteous and careful delivering everything.

    Boss dishwasher

    M dishwasher LG broke, I had to buy a new dishwasher. Went to Canadian Appliances. Natasha was very helpful with choosing the right product. She was knowledgable about appliances. And she was very helpful to make my decision which dishwasher I have to buy. Thank you Natasha.

    dishwasher purchase

    The sales agent took the time to explain the different features of the dishwashers available and helped me to make a decision as to which model was the best to purchase.

    2nd purchase in 2 years Same great service.

    In 2018 we bought a 36" induction stove from CAS and we had such amazing service that we came back again in Jan 2021 when our all-freezer needed replacing. Once again, the service was fantastic. I will be back to shop again for other appliances when the time comes.

    Washer & Dryer, purchase & delivery

    The whole process was simple and straightforward .. I had done my research in advance. Store and employees followed up and expedited delivery very conscientiously. Just received and am looking forward to using the new washer and dryer.
