    Refridgerator replacement (before the old one dies)

    Due to space constraints, new fridge had to be counter-depth, with a maximum width of 33". Preferred one with freezer at the bottom. Internet research (including excellent CAS site) narrowed it to 3 models, all with French doors: Haier, GE, Samsung. Phone call to local CAS store confirmed they had all three models on the floor for viewing. With approval of wife, ordered the Samsung RF18HFENBSR (manufactured in Thailand) on Dec. 15th. Took delivery the morning of Dec. 22nd! Fits perfectly, looks good, and the design/build quality appears to be superior.

    Refrigerator

    We got the best price in Ottawa and delivery was on time as per our agreement with CAS. We received good customerservice, and the delivery guys were excellent. No issues whatsoever.

    Great company to deal with

    Great sales, service and delivery. Great delivery tracking app that gives you approximate time of delivery and keeps you updated and where the delivery truck is based on your assigned #. Friendly and courteous delivery personnel. Exactly what I expected what’s exactly what we received on time.

    Purchase of a new fridge

    Great advice and service by the sales person in the store, fast and courteous delivery and removal of old appliance. Was very impressed, will definitely shop here again when my next appliance replacement arises

    Kitchen Reno

    Found condo size appliances.

    I had been looking for 24 inch stove and found it here, as well as the matching microwave. Service through to delivery was very good. I would. recommend Canadian Appliances Store for finding those specific appliances.

    Delivery of appliances

    The delivery people were punctual , efficient , and so professional. They impressed me with their professionalism! They also removed out front door and put it back so quickly , I couldn’t believe it. I would use CAS to purchase appliances again and definitely would recommend their delivery service .

    Whirlpool washer and dryer

    I bought whirlpool washer and dryer and very satisfied with the sales people at cas and the delivery people were on time and were very good at there job bringing appliances into house thanks everyone stay safe

    Bought all 5 appliances

    My appliances are amazing, the range was a week late delivered due to backordered. The ETA for range was Dec. 8th and the Fridge (Frigidaire) was Jan. 21st. So I decided to change the whatever is in stock for the fridge. In the end I still had to wait for my range. That is why I only gave 4 star instead of 5. But still thankful for the service Al J at Whitby CAS and the delivery guys. At least before Christmas I am able to cooked something.

    Small fridge. Excellent selection and delivery to a tight space

    Needed a small fridge for 3rd floor apt (upstairs). CAS had excellent selection and expert delivery thru some tight spaces. Very happy with the fridge and the delivery people’s work
